The customer service was okay but their return policy is made to screw
You over. I work out of town and I’m only home on the weekends so the rotors I can’t use and spent hundreds of dollars on can’t be returned because they have not give you 7 days after

To them. Then you have to pay for shipping to send the product back and then take another 15%. As for the rotors, the black rotors looked corroded and didn’t look all that great but was okay I guess. And the rotors are extremely heavy. These are decent rotors for regular cars . So now I have 4 heavy rotors taking up space I can’t use and probably send to the dump.

Regarding the weight of the rotors, these are manufactured from cast iron, not aluminum. Cast iron is, of course, heavier than aluminum; however, the disc portion of brake rotors are generally made from cast iron, with only certain two-piece designs incorporating an aluminum hat. The co-cast cast-iron construction of these rotors does not present any fitment or performance disadvantages. There is also a substantial, and in some applications astronomical, price difference between cast-iron and aluminum materials, making cast iron the appropriate and practical material for this application.
As for the return, our return policy is clearly provided at the time of purchase and is intended to apply consistently to all customers. Our records show that we most recently emailed you our return policy, and as stated in that communication, you still have the option to return the parts. We do try to be understanding of special circumstances, and if you had let us know that your work schedule required more than seven days, we would have been happy to extend that timeframe for you, as you are still well within our 30-day return window.
Return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees are also part of our published return policy. These charges are primarily necessary because we cover the original shipping costs to our customers and our parts are custom-made to order.
Regarding the black finish, the rotors are designed with a protective coating intended to help prevent corrosion on the non-friction surfaces. Some variation in appearance can occur with this type of finish, but it does not affect the rotor’s braking performance.
We’re sorry these rotors ultimately did not work for your particular situation. However, we do want to clarify that their weight and construction are normal characteristics of properly manufactured cast-iron brake rotors and are not an indication that they are intended only for “regular cars.”

Complimentary Upgrade
After I paid for my order, I received a call stating that my rotors had been upgraded from drilled to dimpled at no charge. I was told that drilled rotors on heavy duty trucks sometimes don't hold up as well as the dimpled ones do. That is custom service you don't often find. Thanks, Brake Performance.

Black Slotted & Dimpled
Purchased the slotted and dimpled rotors for a 19 Genesis G80 3.3T, night and day difference from stock! Installation was a breeze, everything matched up perfectly. Pair these with good pads and your car will stop on a dime! Only thing I will mention is the optional black coatings are more of a rust coating, it will come off leaving a shiny surface behind it after a few applications of the brakes. I personally don’t mind it since it came off evenly and still looks great but just wanted to throw this out there. Very pleased with my purchase!

I know that these are good quality brake products, because they are made in the USA, very close to where I used to live. And on top of that, they are zinc coated to minimize corrosion, which is hard to find.

The brakes were delivered on time. Customer service called to check on the address to be delivered to as it was the Post Office, and it thought UPS would not deliver there.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, great figment, easy break in, great performance with decent rotor life. Tend to rust out at about 2 years if you don’t drive your car/truck everyday. But if you do much longer. I’ve tried both black and silver same results. Would definitely recommend to friends and will purchase again.

Great quality, great instructions. Packaging is good as well. You might be able to get lower prices elsewhere, but not for the same quality. Second time buying brakes from them (for a second vehicle) and will be where I get parts from next time too!
