I had a really good experience with there services all through I received a defective rotor doing my first purchase, but they make sure to help me figure out the problem and they also send me a brand new rotor replacement and there brake pads are of really good quality materials and they have a good shipping time when shipping your products everything was well packaged and on time with instructions in inside the box of your package for you to have knowledge of the correct placement of your rotors for your particular car the rotors look and feel good I will must definitely will be buying more parts from them again for my car or future projects .

Changed out the rotors and brakes before a long road trip - at high speeds the breaking was smooth and consistent felt confident during multiple high-speed, breaking events that the brakes were dissipating heat as designed

Wrong parts...
Update: they contacted me and were super nice. Conclusion however, is that they do not carry the correct parts and the system has the wrong ones listed. I was able to find the parts in stock at a local parts store while Brake Performance has offered me a full refund on the parts if I remove the review. Unfortunately after several hours wasted trying to use their parts, im not looking for a refund, im simply sharing my experience with their product.

When you order their brake rotors
I had an issue with one brake pad, and a technician called me back and sent new brake pads. I have to say they stand behind their product. The brake pads and rotors are functioning properly.

So far brakes are working great but…
So far brakes are working great but time will tell. I drive a 1998 dodge ram 3500 and tow with it. I’ve always had brake issues due to the small factory brake design and no aftermarket big brake kit available. Fit and finish were great. Easy to order and reasonable shipping time. Would order from this company again without hesitation.

Better than I had hoped for!
Having never ordered from a company before, you get nervous about the quality of the product. Especially when it’s a very important part that you don’t want to replace a lot. Right out of the box the looks are great, but the quality is better. I checked over the rotors, looking for cracks around each drill port ,for burrs, or chips, and they were all clean with no burrs at all. Once we did the brake-in procedure, the kit works flawlessly! Really helps out my SUV!! Definitely getting a rear kit from Brake Performance! Great quality and great customer service!!!

83 Benz 300D ATE calipers outer dimensions didn't quite fit
This is for a pair of loaded ATE front brake calipers for a 1983 Benz 300D (W123). Packaging and shipping - 5 stars. Unboxing and examining the product, I was impressed with the build quality. Glad they had a fully-loaded option and that I went with that. Are the pads the benz-specific softer material? The braking doesn't feel like it, but that's a nit - not unexpected. My biggest concern is that the right caliper's outer dimensions didn't match the original. After mounting, it lightly contacted the outer rotor hub. Just enough to scratch it. I resolved by grinding off a safe (I hope) minimum of material to clear and allow for some possible heat expansion. Should not have had to do that. Also, the order was to include new pad wear sensors for both calipers but only had one set.
