Towing across the US
I did 2 vehicles for a very long trip across the US towing almost 10K LBS.
The staff called me with a technical issue / update and gave me a free upgrade on the rotors!
I followed all instructions and torque requirements and their braking system works AWESOME!

Brakes look good and work well. Customer service takes care of problems.
After finding the brakes online as a kit for the whole car both front and back that came together and couldn't be separated, I called and spoke to a woman to make sure they fit my specific vehicle, I was told they would definitely fit. After receiving the brakes the rear rotors were way to big and would not fit, the pads were correct and the fonts were good. I was able to order the correct rear rotors to complete the brake job. After initial difficulties with customer service to return the incorrect rear rotors I was contacted by a staff member of the company and they worked everything out. They provided shipping and allowed me to return the incorrect rotors for a full refund. I could not be happier with the service. I understand that mistakes and errors happen and it's great when a company works with their customers to resolve the issue. Definitely will be using them in the future. Alexa from customer service/support was excellent, super patient, understand, and helpful.

While doing a search for ceramic brakes I came across Brake Performance .I added my vehicle and the site provided me with 2 brake options,1 without the performance brakes and the other with.The price was more then reasonable! I installled them myself and have noticed a huge huge difference with the lack of brake dust on my rims!!BEYOND SATISFIED!
