0 for stars that's what…

If they had a 0 for stars that's what they would get. I got my first direct deposit and still can't get my funds off. I would advise anybody that doesn't mind having their money deposited to this account and don't have access to get it, no customer services support. Stay far far far away. Go with anybody except Branch!!! Horrible

Very impressed with your AI system. It’s very up-to-date. Keep up the good work. I’m really liking y’all as a bank. Only thing I would like to see chains was getting the cards quicker to us.

Transaction dispute taking longer than…

Transaction dispute taking longer than expected. Affecting earnings and this is my only secondary income to feed my children. Putting me in a bad place.

Joke of a so called “bank”

Whatever you do, I sincerely urge you not to hold your funds in the Uber Pro Card. “Branch” the “bank” holding your funds are a bunch of scumbags. Had fraud on my card, in a completely different state, mind you. Went through the dispute process and it was several transactions totaling over $625. Well, the scumbags denied my claim despite it not being physically possible to be in two separate states at once, and then BANNED my whole account! I still had $200 in there (unable to withdraw) and a $785 direct deposit supposed to be hitting the day after its closure so now both of those funds are in the abyss. Long story short, I would HIGHLY advise you not to keep your funds in here their customer support is truly the worst I have ever come across none of them know what they’re doing, and those that do are on the “email support” that respond back to you days apart from correspondence. Just warning those that use this.

I was scammed blamed me for the action…

I was scammed blamed me for the action and they won’t do anything about it called many times told I was getting my money back in 24 hours being lied too and no help resolving the issue I was scammed out if $300 by a fake uber call stating my account was hacked and that someone else was using it not knowing what to think caught me off guard where I did ended up giving my information out after knowing what happened I locked my card order a new one and change all passwords but your company won’t help me and doesn’t believe I was scammed base on what they investigated on I also sent a email to appeal it and something from uber stating that my account was logged in from another device which wasnt me no one is getting back to me branch also said it’s on uber and uber said I have to deal with branch so I’m not happy with the branch as of now I got screwed over
