The store that was created was not that impressive

waited more than 24h for the delivery, not really impressed by the speed of it but in the end i got what i paid for. 3 stars only cause of delivery time!

Absolute garbage. The "branded" store they gave me has a logo that says "Petstore" and the website looks so plain and generic. There are maybe 10 products total which are not even relevant to the brand (but they literally ask you no questions when setting up the store, just your VERY vague niche). I am having to alter the entire store/website on my own, which is really difficult for me since I have no tech knowledge at all (which is why I bought a pre-made store in the first place) and customer service is awful. Save your money and just do it yourself (you will end up doing that anyway).

Use Brandafy if you have free money to throw into garbage, I've tested their service, and I can say it's not worth a penny. They through some random elements and products, that's it.

I'm looking at these 5-star reviews and I'm very confused because I had a completely different experience with Brandafy. Firstly, they delivered my store within a few hours from the time I purchased it, which was strange to me. I knew right away that this was a complete copy and paste type of deal because I received the store within around 3 or so hours. Secondly, when I opened the store, it was a major disappointment. It looked cluttered, product descriptions were so long they looked like paragraphs, the way products were placed was not aligned because some products had different frame sizes and the logo was an absolute joke! I emailed them right away and told them I hated the website and asked for a refund, and they said they was no refund. Thankfully it didn't cost a lot so I took the loss. I wouldn't recommend this company. I say save your coins and either use a free template on Shopify to create a FREE store or if it's too much, maybe spend a little more and use a different company. The moral of the story here is that YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! I got a cheap looking website and deleted it 3 days after because there was just no point. Now I'm starting from scratch!

Terrible support, I've asked them to review my store and solve the issue with the code, but they can't even take a minute to glance over it. The store looks professional and has an original theme, but the support does a poor job when keeping a connection with their customers. I've already contacted them like 3 times and the response that I received from them was the promise that they are going to send this to their specialist team to review and tell me if they can solve this issue. More than 2 days have passed and still have not received a single message... Please improve your support team because this is the most important currency you currently have!

I was about to start running paid advertising for my store and now my plans went in vain. Of course, this is my mistake because I was digging down into the code to optimize the loading speed of the store, but failed that part and due to that now some of the features are not working properly.

I would actually change this review to 5-stars if you were willing to help me out and solve my issues right away!

Honestly I just bought one out of curiosity. Absolute pile of garbage. Unusable website with poor product selection and blatant lies. The item descriptions are terrible, the products are terrible, the links are terrible (and wrong) & the pricing is poorly presented (good luck selling an item that you have no idea of the cost of). If you got this hoping to get a working website you will be very disappointed. They have not even tried to create something that is useable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!

I got my store build but it wasn't mobile friendly and their were lots of correction required, like the front banner image doesn't relate to the listed products and all banner image in the home page redirects to one single page. I tried raising multiple request to support but there was absolutely no response!!

Very unhappy with how brandafy do business, I got my store within 24 hours of purchasing witch I was really happy about but since purchasing 40 new products to be added by brandafy I have received numerous emails telling me they can’t access my store and for me to accept the request, yet I have not received a request and when I email for help I don’t get a response and if I do it’s an automatic response saying they are busy and will be with me soon, all round I am happy with the store they built for me and how quick I recurved it but this issue is a major downfall for my experience

Brandafy is nothing short of a scam, it provides nothing at all. Everything done could be done by the individual themselves as they promise so much and deliver so little.
It’s misleading to offer consumers something as part of the package and not deliver.
For example, how can you generate a brand logo if you don’t have the brand name yet and speak to the consumer.
A random HTML5 drop and drag image from a platform like Canva isn’t what you say you’re providing.
Not is it wise to generate a online clothing store with garments that have zero cohesion and sense of style, yet a random assortment of products that would immediately need replacement.
Also a setup on Shopify with zero testing and UI that is not user friendly.
Plus all these add ons to purchase, yet this actually makes the situation worse because they feel restrictive and some just have to be down right replaced immediately.
Support staff that refuse to actually read the question
All in all a very very sloppy business.

I received my Shopify store in 8h however I had to wait a bit longer for products to be added. Overall it's great service.

Placed order at 6:20 A.M on Jul. 14. At 1:30 P.M. on Jul 15 , website , no response from Brandafy , finally received notice from them at 4:30 P.M. that my website was ready , sent login info and link to Shopify . Went to link , logged in ..Guess what, blank page . Can't get in touch with anyone there . This is a scam deluxe.....

I've waited more than 24h for a response but I'm thinking it is because of US holiday? Still they have finished my store with delay but I'm satisfied. My rating would be 3 stars just because it took longer than advertised.

This thing is a scam! I didn't get what I ordered. They delivered a skeleton, and now I have to pay someone to get the damn site working! Worst part? They don't have any number, email or anyhting you can contact them through. Their 'contact us' page sends automated emails asking me if I wanna add products. Are you kidding me? I want my money back!

I signed up for the promotional offer on 7/3 ; They were supposed to revamp my current Shopify Store and change my current Niche'. I was sent an email the next day 7/4 (Holiday) telling me to add Spocket 14 day free trial to my store which I did the same day. I received 2 additional emails the next day telling me again to add Spocket . I was then told the next day to unpause my store , which I did. it's now 7/8 and still NO REVAMPED STORE!! The lack of response is so unprofessional. I don't know if they don't have experience with current Shopify stores but I am pissed . I need to speak with a live person not these emails because nothing is being done !!

Having signed up to their promotional offer, i gave the wrong email address, and having discovered this, i immediately contacted them twice to inform them about the situation. After three days, still no response. I'm very disappointed.

I am not sure if this is a scam as its only 8 hours from the payment done but it looks like a scam... its been 8 hours after i paid $97 for the store front and 75 products... there is no receipt sent to my email to confirm the payment or welcome email however luckily i have a screen shot of the payment done. i am not sure how they will deliver on the promise of setting up your store in 24 hours.

I have sent them a query on the contact us page ... no response to the query yet from the support team...Also No one has tried to reach out from the team also to connect on the requirements for the store on email

Dont sign up with these guys. They dont provide what was advertised. All they do is find a logo maker and use that for your logo even if it doesnt relate to store. They then sign you up to CJC Dropshipping for the products and use CJC's import feature. They provide no branding whatsoever.
The only thing they really provide is the custom theme which is available to download
