I bought a jacket from them but after…
I bought a jacket from them but after couple of weeks it’s zipper is not functioning. When I have contacted with them they asked me to send it back. And once they have received it they gave me full refund.

Quality
Items arrived in good time , unfortunately all sized were very large even though I went by the correct measurements , it is a shame as these were presents so unfortunately I’ve had to return them
however all items were amazing quality and at a fantastic price

Thanks for your review, Imran. Unfortunately, as with many online companies, we do have to ask customers to take responsibility for their return postage. I am almost certain though that it will not cost you £12 to return a t-shirt should you wish to return this for a refund or an exchange. Incidentally, we do pay the postage to send the revised item out if you choose to exchange an item.
unprofessional and unethical
kept me waiting 2 weeks for a refund on a order.....not delivered ..fortunately i used paypal and they initiated an immediate refund on evidence presented..then BC sent me a snarky email ): Legal possession not having been taken means the contract was unfulfilled and as such not my responsibility for the time taken to return the package! its not like i took it,opened it and sent back....no excuses for 2 week delay...dodgy as hell company ...i would not be surprised if the glowing reviews were paid for....they said" we have fulfilled our legal obligation....soon as you paid!" i nearly laughed my head off...must have done law in cuckoo land while smoking reefers. er without delivery and acceptance...the contract is unfulfilled

As you are aware, you asked to cancel your order after we had despatched it so we were unable to do this. We suggested instead that you refuse delivery when this was attempted so the parcel would be returned to us and we would then be able to refund this once we got it back. We suggested this as wanted to save you the cost of having to post the order back to us which would have been the case if you'd taken delivery of it. The delay in refunding was simply the time it took for your order to be received back in the warehouse. I hope this clears up our position.
Disappointed
Disappointed. Been looking for some slippers . Came across a nice pair . From £20 down to £10 . I had to take a punt for a tenner. I am size 11 but this pair was sized 11/12 . That should be fine. Arrived really quick which was good. Went to try them on , had to laugh. I couldn't even get my foot halfway in . I asked my brother to try them on PERFECT. Only problem is he's a size 9 . So I let him have them . I will NOT be returning to this store .

This sounds like you may have accidentally received the wrong size. Sometimes one size is put into a bag showing a different size on the outside label which means our despatch team pick what they think is one size but it turns out to be another. If you had contacted us we would have sent you a pre-paid label to return these and would have refunded you or offered a replacement pair.
