Very disappointed with their level of service.
I purchased the premium package for one of my clients 15 days ago and even paid a fee for rush publishing. 15 days later, the article has not been published. I've written to customer support and have received no answers.

To clarify the facts: Your PR was successfully published on December 16th (a day before this review was posted) and the complete report was delivered to you 48hrs later. While we were unable to meet the 48-hour rush timeline you paid for, we proactively offered you a complimentary USA Today publication valued at $450 as compensation for this delay, which you accepted.
We acknowledge that the rush deadline was not met, and we sincerely apologize for that. However, it's important to note that there were also delays on the client side in providing necessary feedback on the PR content, which impacted our ability to publish within the expedited timeframe.
Your complete order, including both the original package and the additional USA Today placement, has been fully delivered.

Poor quality network of sites
Pricing and customer service was generally ok. The biggest concern is the quality of their network of news sites. We took their deal on their checkout page for a $60 upgrade to their Essential Package (despite their false claims below that we only paid for the Limited one), which included distribution around a news network of 300 sites. Our press release was published 3 weeks ago and at time of writing, only TEN sites have been indexed by Google. That's 10 out of 300! We operate a business in the travel and tourism industry and our press release wound up on farming and livestock sites (?!), alcohol / gin sites and cotton and grain "news" sites. None of these have been indexed by Google so we are not getting anything like the exposure their network or service promised. Save your money and look to the larger, more reputable PR distribution services. We will not use this service again.

After reviewing your order, we’d like to clarify that you purchased the Limited package, which includes guaranteed placements on affiliates of NBC, CBS, and ABC, along with over 200 additional news sites. In your case, your article was successfully published to those affiliates and over 450 news sites in total - more than double the number of guaranteed placements. We always aim to overdeliver wherever possible to maximize exposure for our clients. Additionally, other third-party sites may independently pick up and republish press releases beyond our core network, which is outside of our control.
At this time, we don’t offer niche-specific targeting, and press releases are distributed across our broader publishing network depending on the package tier selected. We do provide sample publishing reports on our checkout page so customers can preview the types of sites included in our network prior to purchase.
Regarding Google indexing, it's important to note that no PR distribution service can guarantee indexing across all sites. This is a known limitation industry-wide. Indexing is determined solely by Google's algorithms and depends on factors such as domain authority, site structure, crawl frequency, and content uniqueness. When press releases are syndicated across multiple platforms with identical content, Google typically chooses to index only one version or a few select sources.
Additionally, our company is proudly U.S.-based, our in-house writing and editorial team operates internationally. However, none of our writing resources are based in India. All content is produced by our trained internal team, and we do not outsource writing or editorial work to third-party providers. We take quality and communication seriously and are committed to providing a professional experience at every step.

This site is a scam
This site is a scam. Be sure to read their refund policy as the do not guarantee results and your article may only be picked up by one or two minor websites that add no value to your business. They do not get you on any major news sites even though they say they will. You can spend more on a larger package to be "picked up" more sites but still only get one site. If you minor site runs your story they still try to charge you the full amount. There are way more effective PR release services that get your story on many, many site for less money.

Their checkout is extremely clunky with many dead links.
I filled out their basic info form and it froze both times, causing a massive waste of time.
2 days after purchase and I have yet to get a response from anyone.

Our website explains that you will be published to affiliates of CBS, NBC, and FOX, not the main websites as those are reserved only for national headline news. On our homepage brandfeatured.com if you scroll down to the FAQ section there is a commonly asked question, "Will I be published to the main website of NBC, FOX etc?" where we answer that we publish to websites like FOX40 etc.
In our full FAQ page, brandfeatured.com/faq, we provide a video at the top that shows how you will be published to official affiliates.
On our pricing area, it clearly states you will be published to NBC, CBS, FOX and ABC affiliates.
All the links provided are not fake, they are legitimate affiliates of CBS, NBC, FOX and more. Many of them are regularly hosted TV channels in their cities.

Great experience with Brand Featured and Dino. It is easy to get lost with marketing offers you get online but the whole process with Brand Featured was smooth, well explained and quick.
Best thing is that we were able to see a real hike in our conversion rates since embedding the "as seen on" on our website.

Really starting to feel like a scam. I didn't see a single reputable website that my article got posted to. There all no name companies and the companies listed like Fox or CBS don't actually have my article.
Really not happy with how misleading the marketing was for this.
