The Go and Glow Challenge helped me become consistent with my skincare routine, workouts and supplement use and gave me new friends too!

The staff were so supportive all through the challenge too.

I really enjoyed the 30-Day Wellness…

I really enjoyed the 30-Day Wellness Challenge. The fitness sessions were easy to follow and kept me moving, the daily check-ins helped me stay on track with my hydration, and the community made the whole experience fun and motivating. I felt supported every step of the way and really noticed a difference in my energy and focus.

Very well liked company

Originally I had a mixed review and I was prematurely very harsh. In the mean time they made up for the small mistake and have made me a true believer in their business please use them freely and trust in them.

I had a great experience overall

I had a great experience overall. I ordered the wrong shade of the product I wanted and emailed them. They replied quickly and agreed to send me the correct colour. I got my order a few days later and it was packed neatly. Happy to order again in a few months when I run out.

Great experience

Great experience. I found the website through my buddy who used them to order some UK items I cant find here. Everything arrived quickly and was well packaged. I will definitely shop again in a few months when I run out.

Amazing experience

Amazing experience. I placed my order on 10th July and received it yesterday, 17th. Everything was properly packed and I was happy to get an evening delivery because many delivery companies only deliver in the day time when I’m at work

This website is a scam

This website is a scam! They "canceled" my order and refuse to refund me after no tracking information was provided after a week! They use WhatsApp to communicate which is a known scammer app. They also are based out of Nigeria... Do not fall victim to this company!

UPDATE: I FINALLY GOT MY REFUND!

Ordered a product weeks ago

Ordered a product weeks ago. Tracking number provided for a delivery company that appears to not exist (has a website but tracking numbers don’t work). Terrible experience

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!
Placed an order for 4 x Repair and restore cream back in Nov 2023
Nothing happened after order confirmation email, I started chasing 2 weeks after I placed the order, was told the products I ordered was OUT OF STOCK initially then got refilled and they are on their way to me.
27th Dec I receive the package, as I was away for Christmas and New year, got back home 20th Jan, opened the package:
Received only 3 not 4 - got refund.
One says expiry in Feb 2024 - got email confirmation that will refund me
The other 2 - expiry in Sep 2024 - only 6 months shelf life.
I am not happy with receiving products with such a short shelf life, if this was stated on the website, I wouldn't be purchasing 4 of them, not even 2.
but now they are refusing to refund me for the 2 expiry in Sep 2024.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! they are not reliable, and you don't know what you are getting!

Deserves zero stars. Fake company.

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. They sent me a fake tracking number record, claiming my order was shipped from London on one day and delivered to my home the very next day. This company is fraud, basically. They stole my money and now I have to deal with it on my bank’s end. Don’t get fooled.

Wouldn’t Buy Again

I made a purchase of hair dye and bleach on 30th August in two purchases. I’ve only just received the second one today 7th October. My other purchase also only arrived about a week ago. I find this extremely poor service. If you can’t make the orders don’t sell. Admittedly if you email customer service they are nice and helpful although reply is slow. However judging by other reviews this is a regular occurrence. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

Do not trust

I believe this company are scammers. I placed an order on 12/05/23, they cancelled the order on 17/05/23 saying they had no stock, I still have not received a refund. Their customer service is non existent.

Do not recommend buying from this site

I made an order, waited over a week and I never received a dispatch email. I emailed them 3 times to ask about my order, 3 weeks after my order i still received no response. I clicked on the status of my order again and i can now see it has been cancelled without any reason and i was not notified. Poor customer service, no communication and I do not recommend buying from this site.
