The right tool and the best staff
I visited the Eastleigh site on the off chance of finding the tool I needed after an internet search, a very long reach branch lopper. The staff were enormously helpful from the outset, and while there wasn't one in stock there, they did find the right product for me at another branch and arranged for it to be available for me to collect for the weekend. The tool was exactly what I needed to clear overgrown trees encroaching on my overhead telephone lines.

Had a great experience with Brandon hire station in Eastleigh. Hired a whacker plate it was one of the cheapest around to hire. Very easy ordering and collecting was helped out by the guys who worked there as the whacker plate is a heavy piece of equipment. Was due to take it back by closing time same day but they let me have it til the next morning as needed it abit longer for no extra charge. Will definitely use this company again. Fantastic! 😊

Didn’t have item that I’d hired in stock on the day I booked and paid for
Could only offer a 6 week waitlist or a refund. Hire staff in branch said I’d have to call the call centre… the call centre blamed the branch. Useless. No control of their stock or communication between their teams.

Very Helpful
Good price. Equipment was fairly new and well maintained. Staff friendly and gave guidance on how to start the brush cutter I hired.

Hired defective equipment, refused to refund
Hired a beam lifter from them. Came to use it the following day and it didn't work (went up & down without load, didn't lift with load on). They collected the equipment to investigate, now claiming it isn't defective and won't refund.
