Stump grinder
The machine hired, a stump grinder, worked very well and did what was required until the starter cord broke.
There was no time to fix it that afternoon so it was fixed on site the following morning but I lost at least half a day's working time due to the delay.

Great service

Shambles of a company
Shambles of a company. Had hired a wacker , Friday to Monday. Delivery was fine no issues. Collection date was Monday, didn’t turn up and office shut. Phoned them on Tuesday, said they were shut for holiday. Fair enough, as we arranged this through National Tool Hire. But when speaking to the guy on the phone, just sound like it was an inconvenience to arrange this to be picked up. Said he could try and arrange it for that day but they were busy. I said as long as it is gone by Wednesday, that’s fine but we are going away so no later. Wednesday came and no one turned up. Husband phoned and was told they could get it on Thursday. Even though I told them that was not possible. Changed plans to get this picked up. Joke of a company.
