Superb customer service…
Late Friday afternoon last week we had a flooded basement. I called Brandon at 5.40 to ask if they had a submersible pump and hoses and spoke to Chris. I got there at 5.55 and Chris had everything ready and COULD NOT have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful eventually getting everything tied up by around 6.10 which was after closing time. When I dropped the equipment off on Monday, there he was again with the same approach. A real credit to the comppany.

Used Brandon Hire after being let down…
Used Brandon Hire after being let down twice by another hiring agency. Delivered appliance, which was in very good condition, as promised. Collected machine a couple of days after planned however that wasn’t a major problem. In future I will go straight to this company when hiring equipment again. Thanks for the service.

Great hire experience
Great hire experience! Collection and return was quick, easy and straightforward. The guys loaded the ladder in and out of my car for me. The ladder was great quality, fit for purpose, and a good price. Can’t fault Brandon Hire Station (Glasgow, Kinning Park).

Hired saw from Brandon after bad experience with 2 other on-line companies who cancelled at last moment and from looking at the invoice were simply re-hiring from Brandon and charging me for the privilege.
Item arrived on time and was exactly as described, Glasgow office phoned in advance to confirm details, ensure I had everything I needed and advise delivery time and the same again prior to collection

The guys on reception were great ,driver was very professional and courteous, one of the tower wheels had a crack in the base and it wasn't noticed until the weekend when your office is closed which added time to the job,I loaded the driver aware of the fault incase it was rented out to someone else

Can't fault the customer service
Can't fault the customer service. Very helpful, even encouraged me to come back to the sho to test the edge sander as it was tripping in the flat I was working in. When I returne the edge sander because it couldbt be used d the guys organised a refund. Thanks very much, I will use Brandon hire for various requirements again as and when

I hired a cement mixer. It was a decent machine in good condition, for a sensible price, and the staff were very accommodating and courteous. Have used before and will use again!
