Staff were terrible
Staff were terrible. Get a phone call the day before telling me that the cutter I'd ordered needed a transformer because they couldn't give me the one I ordered and it would be extra. When challenged on this the person became very argumentative. Ended up cancelling my order because of this (although the guy on the phone had pretty much done this anyway). Only positive was Chloe on the helpdesk who speedily processed the refund

Perfect personal service from the people at Leeds Brandon Hire
Thank you so much to Brandon Hire Station Stadium Way Leeds - the service was absolutely brilliant and tailored to the needs of our community picnic - they worked out the best generator - the Honda suitcase - brilliant - portable and so quiet we never heard it at all - just right for our singer/guitarist in an open field - it was very near to him but none of us heard it and we could move it straight after the performance, very easy to start and came with enough petrol!
Service from Brandon excellent from start to finish - it was the best thing to speak to people there so used their Leeds number - couldn't be faulted and I am glad to be able to thank them all in this review - they all went the extra mile!
