Working away from home
Friendly staff at Swindon branch.
I had been put off using HSS Hire because they wanted to add another £50 deposit on top of all the other costs as an 'in case you break it' deposit, and that was for an unimpressive, domestic 'karcher' style machine, whereas for less outlay Brandon got me a jet wash beast which blasted the slippery paving and left it clean looking - from almost black surfaces to buff fairly quickly with a professional looking, industrial machine with really long hose for the wand. 24 hour hire meant I could collect to suit about 11am and use it for the rest of the day, then use again for a couple of hours the next morning before returning around 11 am. All good.

Really helpful staff
The guy in the shop was incredibly helpful and showed us how the tool worked as well as letting us take extra consumables and then paying for what we used at the end!

Excellent service, Ric managed to track down the machine I required and I had it in a couple of days. It worked perfectly, I will definitely use this store again.

Hired a tower scaffold for DIY task
Hired a tower scaffold for DIY task. Delivered when they said they would. Had an issue with the collection time (I misread) and the team rescheduled collection time at end of same day - absolutely awesome customer service.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, Delivery and Collection. Phone them for information and advice twice and was greeted with lovely staff that explained all the details etc. Even the local depot and collection staff were very helpful. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. Great service. Thank you!
