5* Customer Service
Christian in Truro has been amazing. We have been using Instagrids on site to run equipment and from the initial call to date he has been so helpful. Initially didn't stock enough Instagrids, but Christian quickly dispatched someone to collect more so they could keep us going on site. The Instagrids are so easy to use, no fuel required. They are supplied fully charged and ready to go. Don't think we will return to generators now we know these work. 5* customer service at this branch.

Equipment rental - Truro Branch, Brandon Tool Hire
We have rented equipment since 2023, and have had outstanding service with Christian and the tool rental team at Truro branch of Brandon Tool Hire. Christian has always been professional, approachable, and has always gone above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we needed. Their deep knowledge of the tools and genuine care for customers have always made the process seamless and stress-free. The rental service itself is top-notch, with well-maintained equipment, fair pricing, and a smooth pickup and return process and even delivery of equipment. Christian at Brandon in Truro has been our hero on multiple occasions, especially when another portaloo company badly let us down before an event—an overflowing portaloo and a hundred people on their way! We wouldn't consider going anywhere else for portaloo hire now.

Easy to hire from
Easy to hire from, gave me advice on how to do the job...how to use the equipment. Friendly and accommodating, cos I would hire it (concrete mixer) and then have to extend the period, no problems at all.

Delivered on time by a helpful team. Chipper performed very well and was collected on time by an equally helpful team. Reasonable pricing for a weeks hire. All round an easy and productive experience.

Great service
I hired a Stihl cutter from their Truro branch and couldn't have been happier with the service. Great lads in branch, really helpful and the saw cut through dense concrete blocks like butter. I wouldn't hire from anywhere else.
