The ordering was very Easy and delivery was fast, only 4 days, and for the price my expectations weren't that high but I am disappointed with all 3. I opened all 3 when they arrived just to test out. None of the 3 have much in the way of a perfume scent at all, to be very honest to my senses they all have a slight chemical smell, none at all resembling the real thing, not that I expected them to be the same but did expect more than I got. I can't see myself using them and sadly won't be ordering again

I bought Loreal Excellence hair colour. It arrived within 2 days , asnd was as described. Very pleased

Builders paradise working spray by Evo. Quite possibly the worst hairspray on the market and it's not cheap. Unfortunately for me I also bought one where the nozzle either doesn't spray properly or at all
I'm off to the supermarket to buy a cheapie.
On the positive side, it's gluten free so if you spray it in your mouth you're safe

I made a purchase, and canceled it with in 24 hours, sent 4 emails asking to cancel, I was advised from Mia C.S agent that I can not cancel as parcel has been shipped, she advised that i could keep the product and she would give me a 15% discount,which i declined. She daid the item had already been shipped which was a load of rubbish, I received an email a week later saying the parcel has now been dispatched.
She said once I received the item to email for return address.
I have now received and emailed asking for return address, and have now sent 3 emails for return address.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM, They claim they are a NZ company inwhich they ship all products from Asia.

I would actually like to put a negative star rating but that isn’t an option. Standard Habitat Wellington (they are Chinese and not NZ based at all) is the company I ordered shoes from. They sent a product much inferior to the one in the advertisement. Took three days to reply and then sent emails that transcribed over the top of mine for a number of days so I couldn’t read them. Finally said I could return the goods at my own cost, to China, if I wanted a refund which meant I would recoup about a third of the money I had spent despite it being THEM who had sent shoes that didn’t match their advertisement.

Ring up for a "SURVEY" next minit, all those I was interested in are BLOODY RINGING FOR SPONSORSHIP. Blocking anything to do with "BRANDS.CO.NZ"
STOP WITH THE BS LINE "You could win!!! Blah blah"
AND DO NOT GIVE RESULTS OF MY SURVEY OUT..FLICKN MOFOS!!!!!

I dont know what happened with the others but my order arrived earlier than i expected and yes i live in NZ which maybe why it was faster. I ordered perfumes worth $199 and it was worth it, not fake at all i ordered Guess, Juicy couture and Lady Million. Will order again soon👍.

Never received my parcel, lack of customer service as they have no idea what it is! Are extremely rude and never fully refunded me for everything
They wouldn’t even offer an alternative product which they had in stock for all the mess around!!

Bought the Aluminum Alloy Frame Mirror in Gold. It is not gold and has plastic corners in a different colour to the rest of the mirror. It looks horrible and I cannot get anyone to respond to my returns request. DO NOT BUY.

I was purchasing a perfume called Nautica Voyage for my boyfriend for christmas, I trusted the website because it was NZ owned and there had been multiple reviews about this website. When i went to purchase the perfume with all my details and etc it charged me $50+ and it didn't process my order through, i refreshed the page, tried to purchase the perfume again and it said my account didn't have enough balance. I checked my balance on my bank account and they charged me without even confirming the process of buying the product??? They're literally scammers, please don't buy from them. I wasted $50 and sure that's nothing but it definitely pissed me off.

Product came very quickly and is exactly what I ordered. Would order again from this company. Thank you

I bought perfume worth $150 and it turn out to be fake. Fake products. Fooling new zealanders.

First time customer. Purchased x 2 baby books, x 2 baby toys. Ordered Monday 15th Aug 22 afternoon, arrived the next day 7:30am, I live in Auckland. I would make a 2nd purchase.

In the past few weeks, I purchased a six-pack of Sangenic Twist-and-Click Cassettes from brands.co.nz via TradeMe.
Although they promise delivery in 2 to 3 business days in most parts of the country, my package didn't leave the courier's branch office until at least 12 days had passed (…and counting)
Poor customer service and poor delivery providers result in a bad experience and deliveries that take two weeks. Meanwhile, you won't be able to cancel or get a refund until their 14-day investigation to find an item with their supplier is completed. 26 days to know if your item was lost in transit? That's pretty bad. My first (and definitely last) order through brands.co.nz. I wanted to save some cash, but at what cost?

Best price supplements with rapid and free delivery. Not keen on the plastic packaging bags it is sent in.

Horrible products and their customer service is useless. Don't waste your money purchasing from here, their products are expired and they also refuse to refund when you tell them about it. There are so many other websites that provide much better prices and service.
