This company was not who I signed up for. I signed up for Content At Scale. I tried cancelling through their chat. I called but could only leave a voicemail which they should have a record of. I kept getting billed. I disputed it with AMEX. Someone from the company emailed me. I told them to check their voicemail for the exact date I called on 11/14/2024. They told AMEX they do not have a record of me cancelling it. I hadn't used it since it was still Content at Scale. Very suspicious company I do not recommend getting involved with! Good customer service would have recognized I cancelled and had not used it. I could not remember the date I cancelled on their website but had written it down with the voicemail. Why don't they answer their phone? Would not do business with them ever!

Worst IT company in India - We hired them for our client's work. In these few month worked, we analyze that they want money on time for their bogus work. We are really disappointed from their work and lost our huge money on brandwell media.
