Great scent, helpful customer service and a quick delivery. Highly recommend yiu give them a try

Made two orders. First order (29th September) went well as I received my fragrance after a couple days. Second order (6th October) was for a few more fragrances. Nothing showed up for a few days, then one day I found only one bottle stashed by my house. I emailed them to ask for an update about the other fragrances I had purchased, still no response till this day. 50/50 mixed feelings about this company since the fragrances smell really good, but the customer service is terrible to be honest. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I ordered a sample of 4 bottles of aftershave and only had to pay the postage.
I found them to be lovely so I intend to order the full size bottles.

Customer service and attitude in messages is disgusting. Item arrived faulty, leaking and damaged. Seller will not replace or refund item. 3 weeks to reply to messages. Stay away, products are cheap, watered down, not sent in boxes but jiffy so easily damaged. Charges 9.95 delivery for 48h service so profiting from what you pay to deliver and said to me it is to cover staff costs. I've now had to open dispute with my card holder as goods and service are shocking. Seriously stay clear of this scammer!

Terrible customer service.
I purchased a fragrance via a promotional link and the wrong item arrived 2 days later. I immediately emailed the business with photos and a copy of my order # and screenshot of my email receipt showing their error. I have received nothing in response to confirm if a replacement will be sent, if they want the incorrect item returned, or if I’ll get a full refund if they’re out of stock.
Very poor service and will not recommend / use again. Disappointed.

Ordered the mystery fragrance, turned up within 4 days of order, a very nice floral/aquatic scent will definitely be trying more of their fragrances in the future

I have ordered the mystery perfume from Branson Côte and it was wonderful. Usually mystery perfumes are up to the individual to see if they like it but this blend I received got me compliments from everyone with different tastes.

Very easy communication any problems or questions I received help within 24 hrs sometimes even within 2 hours. Cannot recommend this house enough.

Made an order over a week ago and paid for next day delivery, delivery has still not turned up. Emailed and had no response. Do not order from here, if your thinking of purchasing dont bother

Ive just received my bottle of vanilla noire and it smells absolutely lovely. I will definitely be shopping with them again and the delivery was super fast

I tried a few of the samples that were sent to me, and every single one was beautiful. The quality is on another level. Even at work, people kept telling me how good I smelled — and honestly, there’s no better feeling than getting compliments on your fragrance. It says everything about how well-crafted these scents are.

Great fragrance and good communications

A perfume with a hopelessly cheap scent – I certainly won’t be using it. A scam. The only plus is that it was dispatched quickly and was well packaged. Don’t buy this rubbish. Delivery for £10.
