Excellent keto porridge
I'm surprised there aren't loads of reviews for this great company so I'll kick them off!
I have followed keto for a long time and usually resorted to eggs for breakfast, but really missed porridge. I then discovered the Brave Ape who seem to specialise in keto friendly porridge.
This is a really excellent porridge in a choice of flavours. I've tried them all and my particular favourites are the cacao and the original. The cacoa tastes exactly the way quality chocolate should. I also buy the original as I like to experiment with my own flavours. They are also just the right sweetness, often keto foods are too sweet with heavy handed use of erythritol etc.
The porridge is ready in literally a minute, I microwave so it's super easy to prepare.
Is it cheap? No it's not, however I understand this as the ingredients are coconut/seeds so they're not cheap as oats are. Having said that The Brave Ape often offer discount codes, which always encourages me to stock up!
Also delivery is super fast and the company are very friendly and helpful, so a big thumbs up all round from me!!
The only thing I'd personally like to see is that the company make more products such as granola as they clearly make tasty breakfasts, so fingers crossed for a slightly bigger range.
