Excellent cured meats, with a good variety and great new flavours. I'd never had spreadable salami or Meateor and both are delicious so thanks for that.

Ordered some hampers as Christmas Presents, plus one for ourselves. These Hampers are so luxuriously packaged, they make very impressive gifts for any occasion. As well as the cured meats they come with information about the curing and a recipe for each item. Haven’t tried the meats yet but they have a good use by date and we will be tucking in over Christmas. Will definitely order from Braycured again and would have no hesitation in recommending them and their products. In addition to the product itself, the customer service is faultless. Good communication and information. I had a special request for one of my gifts and Alex followed this through to delivery, ensured my gift arrived, and replied promptly to any queries or issues I had. Great service and product!

How lovey the people are at Bray. I messed up a gift subscription (which arrived a bit too early for Xmas) and the lovely Alex sorted out a package of products so I have something to give on the day. I have no doubt that the meats will be as great as their customer service.

Completely entertaining from start to finish. Alex explains everything you need to know about curing with both a sense of humour and passion. The quality of his produce is exceptional, all culminating in making your own chorizo and a delicious lunch. Perfect.

I was bought a 6 month subscription as a present. - I must say it’s been a fantastic present. The meats have always been delicious, and it’s exciting to see what variety each month comes in the post. I’ve been so impressed I’ve purchased it as a gift for my father in law too.

The founder writes a letter for each subscription talking about the products and explaining decisions.

Very good food and delivery offer but delivery was 1 day later than website information despite complying with instructions so a day late for the birthday treat!

The service given when a mistake weas made on their website was rectified quickly, hence why this cant be one star. The ENDLESS spam with promotions drove me insane in the end. only due to that I wont be using this service again.
