Had already had their cured meats. Started with sausages. How can I ever buy sausages again from anywhere else. Meaty , tasty

Son around for bsnk holiday. Had Rack of lamb. Out of this world taste. Can’t remember such meat for last 60 years when meat only came from butchers
Loved the fact that when had sent comment about the packaging a thoughtful response was sent
Just the moment nice to go and it looks good
It was such a wonderful idea of Alex(?) I’m a great believer in no waste

The title says it all. Alex is the most helpful anyone could be. The team have done themselves very proud. We received the most delicious charcuterie I have eaten in a very long time, absolutely stunning !!! A must try.

The meat looks lovely and has good dates on. Unfortunately, the box was broken on the lid. I did email and ask if I could buy a new box as it's a birthday gift but have not had a response. Hence only 4 stars.

A massive thank you to Alex and David for a really fantastic duck charcuterie course yesterday - learned loads, laughed a lot and are very much looking forward to our duck ham/bacon/confit legs/pate/stock/roast potatoes in duck fat AND the bonus pork cracking! And we (nearly) did it all ourselves! You really offer a great experience and we would so recommend it - we WILL be back for the sausage-making course soon!

We had an excellent time doing the salami and chorizo making course. The course is really interesting, you get to eat lots of excellent charcuterie and the team teach you so much about butchery and charcuterie making. Would definitely recommend this as a gift or group day out!

I liked the product but disappointed that although I asked for delivery after 5 May as I was due to be away, it arrived on 27 April. Luckily, delivery was minutes before my departure as item wouldn't have fitted through my mailbox.

Salami making Course:
I had the best time !! The courses are well run and informative. You get stuck in with making and deciding what flavours you want and the best part is, you produce something at the end of the course that you can share with friends and family!! Everyone you meet on the course is friendly and is like minded.
You get to sample the amazing produce, learn about the business and history and finish off with lunch and a glass of wine! I mean really this is just awesome in my book!!
I will be doing more courses.
