Don't order from this website, very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, I ordered on 17th February 2020 through borderfee as apparently they are the medium that delivers to my country .. I haven't received my order till now, I contact both brayola and borderfee and they are both not helpful.

I love Brayola

I love Brayola! I've made two purchases from them and my orders were received in a very timely manner and packaged nicely. I will most definitely be telling everyone I possibly can about this company and how awesome they are!!

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE: This company is a total scam or in serious financial trouble. Ordered a sports bra in October, returned immediately, still no refund. Just spoke with Robin in Customer Service who told me there is a "computer glitch" that is affecting "some" customers. Usually refunds are issued automatically, but this particular glitch is preventing both automatic AND manual refunds so they can only issue a store credit. I asked how long the issue had been going on and she said almost a month. Asked when the issue will be fixed, she has no idea. Asked to speak to a Supervisor, put me on hold, then said Sowdha would call me back within 24 hours because she had to "investigate" the circumstances. There is no way a legitimate company would think it's acceptable to keep taking orders, knowing they don't have a mechanism to issue refunds according to their policy. Word of advice - WRITE A CHECK.

Return

Brayola helped me to resolve a concern I had with a return that couldn't be located. The representative ensured I received a store credit and they have earned a customer for life. Excellent customer service means the world to me; I am a Manager of Customer Experience for a major utility marketer.

Ordered a few items and most worked out…

Ordered a few items and most worked out great. I had to return on bra and it was very easy - thank you so much! Customer Service was very helpful in suggesting another style which is a personal favorite of hers, which I ordered. Also, so very thankful that they called back when I had to hang up suddenly; great service!

Refund for entire order.

I received an order, approx Oct 12 or 13, shipped Oct 9, of 5 items. 3 pair underwear which I ordered too big, and two bras which did not suit me. I sat on the order for almost 30 days, then contacted customer service. Surprised to learn CS is in the UK, but I was assisted by the most delightful young woman with a British accent, which I understood clearly. She was so helpful and caring. So, I sent the stuff back on Nov 9 and much to my surprise got my refund without question today. I had expected it would take much longer. This is the way to keep customers coming back, Brayola ... efficiency, helpfulness. impeccable service. Thank you again.

Never Again Brayola!

Brayola - Never again!
Put in an order and I received an email saying the product was on back order and they gave me the option to cancel. I canceled it. Next day the product shows up. They tried to charge me for return shipping. I Fought it and then they held $11.95 from me instead of $6!! I made the mistake of ordering a different style that fit horribly. I sent it back and when I emailed about my refund, they told me 21 days! My reply to them was that they could take my money in 15 seconds but, 21 days to return it? Within 2 minutes my money was refunded! In sure that they were hoping that three weeks was long enough to make me forget about my refund. Crooks!

Great Company

Excellent fit, less expenses than elsewhere, quick delivery. Only thing I was not happy about was my own fault. I didn't read closely enough to realize that I couldn't return a sale items. However, I found I do like the item.
