Good Letting Agents
Breadings Faversham have managed my property with a ‘light touch’ which was needed having found me some very good tenants. Contact with Breadings was good and quite proficient and I can recommend them as a Letting Agent.

Breadings have managed my rental property for the past three years. Being a first time landlord I was apprehensive but found their lettings process to be smooth and straightforward. They are always able to answer my questions and communicate any maintenance or tenancy issues. Would highly recommend the team at Breadings, great service, friendly staff and found their fees reasonably priced
Started letting my property one year ago chose Breading to Handel the let.
My decision has turned out to be a very good choice Sophie and Tina took care of everything found them to be very professional and would not hesitate to recommend Breading
Always there to help and very professional I would fully recommend Breadings
As a landlord I have used Breadings for five years, and have always been impressed by their courteous and timely communications. Sophie and the team have made my experience of being a landlord as 'stress free' as it gets. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Breadings to any landlord out there looking for an agent.
Where to start. I had to use Breadings during a difficult divorce where my ex partner would not agree to use any of the 5 other estate agents I had value the house. Breadings completely overvalued it but I had no choice but to use them. They then asked us to reduce the price over £125,000. I recently gave notice to Breadings because they are completely incompetent. They removed the listing but then realised it without informing me. My ex husband lied to them saying the court order said we have to use them. They did not check with me or see the court order as it does not say this. I have sent them the court order and they have removed the listing. Before doing so a female agent told me it made no difference to them as no one would buy our house anyway.
I have been through a stress full divorce where I had to apply for a non molestation order against my ex husband. This estate agents are unprofessional, broken the law by relistinf our joint property without agreement. They will lie to get your business and not deliver anything but stress.
Let property without being honest about the premises underneath selling “Ales”, it turns out, after I had moved in, it’s a full time pub! Awful in getting contracts, deposits sorted and the whole lettings process has been a nightmare, I am now unwinding a contract after moving a substantial distance. They also lie to suit their dodgy agents. I have had to speak with a solicitors. DO NOt USE!!
Do Not use this estate agents! I called to arrange a viewing on a property I was interested in the lady on the phone was quite abrupt and unfriendly. I then recieved an email confirming she had organised the viewing but it was for the wrong time. When I rang back to change it she was extremely rude, over talking me and not listening. I arrived at the property a few minutes early, then the scheduled appointment and waited after the appointment time had gone. I called the office and asked to speak to the manager. I told him I had been apprehensive about attending as the woman was so rude to me, the gentleman I spoke to did not tell me his role just his name Duncan. He was just as rude basically insinuated that I was lying as the lady was always polite to all their customers. 10 minutes after the appointment should’ve started she still hadn’t arrived so I left. I appreciate she may have been held up but she had my phone number and a simple call telling me that she was running late would’ve of been appreciated and common courtesy. Having spoken to several other people regarding Breadings they have all said the same terrible customer service and rude staff.
Me and my long time friend who where looking into moving into a property had an extremely unpleasant treatment since the start has been awfully off putting due to whenever the application was going smoothly all phone calls where made but when bad news came we was turned away with a guarantor or we had to pay six months rent up front which they where trying to rope us into which seemed more and more like a scam to take our money.
yet now I’ve been told by email about a non refundable deposit at which I haven’t signed nor agreed any terms over phone to when I paid the deposit nor was there any signature done through paper at which also no receipt has been given prior to when the payment was made as-well as no explanation either as to why no receipt has been provided since I sent an email aswell as the boiler at the property having an extremely dangerous flue from a gas combination boiler pointing downwards which could cause death to anyone living in that property due to the product spilling out backwards !!!
I’d suggest to all to stay away from Sophie Ward, and Duncan Mackinnon and all off Breading who tried taking more money off us after requesting for our deposit to be returned. I will also be posting this to other social media sites and review pages to show local people just how bad this company is.
