They are the best company to deal with. Their prices are reasonable, and their customer service is unparalleled. I had an issue with the device I bought and with my monitor, and they assisted me every step of the way. In the end, they advised me to purchase a different product and return the original device. They truly take accountability, listen to your concerns, and work to resolve them. They even offer next-day delivery for free which very good, and their devices are immaculate, coming with a two-year warranty!

Wanted just for browsing and documents etc. Great item really better than expected, fast start up runs smoothly. Multi connections, for me more than you need! Right now can't fault it. The company kept me informed all the way, and amazing fast delivery! If I needed one again they'd be my first stop!

Don’t usually do reviews. But fantastic service. Ordered a portable computer, it didn’t come with some necessary accessories that I needed for my monitor. Called them up and they delivered the necessary equipment, it arrived the next, very quickly. Very nice.

Brilliant customer service. I bought a mini PC and it arrived the morning of the next day. Unfortunately a part had become loose during its travels and it didn’t work but it was sorted really quickly. A new pc was sent out next day and the returns label for the faulty pc was provided.
The product itself was great and packaged perfectly with a new power cable. Overall, a great company and I highly recommend!

Product was delivered quickly. Product was properly packaged in its own box, and then in another postage box.
Product was bought as refurbished, so not brand new. However there were no marks or wear on device, and associated cables all looked new. It looks like a brand new system. Price was excellent.
No problems so far.
I would definitely use the company again, and advise friends to check them.

Great Customer Service - Ordered 3 docks through them for my company and without knowning 2 laptops were not compatible, contacted their support and they refunded me within 48 hours after returning for free!

Everything - efficiency, quality, price

I ordered a refurbished machine from Breakfree. The unit arrived in better than expected condition (looked brand new to be fair) Unfortunately there was an error and a port i was expecting wasnt on the machine provided. I was a bit gutted but purchased an adapter which solved the issue. I did mention the problem as i thought the info on the website needed correcting to avoid other errors in the future. I was immediately offered a replacement port to be sent out or the cost of the adapter i purchased, i chose the latter. Thank you so much Breakfree, absolute professional and thoughtful service, will definitely use you again.
