The breathwork sessions facilitated by Clint are always life changing. It taps into your subconscious, taking you on a guided journey with care and love, that transforms your soul. The effects are felt long after, that carry you forward into a life of enlightenment, and your souls purpose.This was my third session and everytime, I discover more about my souls purpose and God's love. It was my first intro to Breathe108 and the Fire Ice Air Half Day Retreat was an intense and transformative experience that I can highly recommend to anyone who is interested in personal growth and transformation. So powerful - each time offers something new, still processing the pieces that came up, however the shifts are so powerful, the space is held and safe and gives you the opportunity to dig deep into the areas that need shifting and releasing ! My experience was intense (in a good way) it is something difficult to explain. But I would recommend every single person at least experience this once in their lifetime. You’ll get to know your body and yourself like you have never known before. The environment, the building, the teacher and staff are seriously great. I honestly am thankful for this experience.

I didn't know what to expect. Clint and Claire was exceptional in their handling of the class - answer all questions before hand and explaining all the various experiences one could experience during the time.
