Product never received yet credit card has been charged. Issues with shipping despites many communications to Brenner & Co. as well as shipping company GoFo to rectify the problem. Each time I was promised the shipping issues was corrected and the package was on the way. I was told today, June 19, by the shipping company, GoFo, the package was returned to the seller and that I must contact the seller for further assistance. Brenner and Co. stop responding on June 1 despite being contacted on June 1, June 15, and June 17, via email. There is no phone contact to be able to speak to a customer service representative directly.

Ordered a dress. Got it and now I want to return it. I followed their website to request a return. It has been 10 days not and after I have sent several emails, no response. I doubt I ever will hear from them.
This place is a Chinese scam operating under the facade of a mom and pop store out west. Don't buy from them. You will regret it!

I ordered a few pieces from Brenner & Co. for my wife, and I have to say — she was genuinely so happy with them.

The fit was flattering, the fabrics felt soft and comfortable, and everything looked exactly like on the website. She kept saying how confident she felt wearing it, which honestly made it worth it for me.

The delivery took a little while, but once it arrived, it was definitely worth the wait.
