The personalized H&A Viewer was delivered free of charge along with the Black by Brian Gavin diamond I purchased. It's as excellent as the diamond itself even though the diamond is clearly in the center of attention. 5/5!
In the package there is a hearts and arrows viewer, which is really nice to view the arrows with magnification.
