Really pleased with the bricks. Delivery was prompt. Not too expensive and look great. Definitely recommend. I ordered 3 samples before my main order and recommended this too.

Ordered for my kitchen
Ordered for my kitchen. Called customer services first to check on delivery time and was told 5-7 working days.
They actually arrived within 4 working days which was great as still had kitchen fitter with me.
He admitted he hadn’t used brick slips before but I am over the moon with how they turned out. Would have loved to be able to post a photo but sadly no option to do so.

Ordered some brick slips but were wrong ones spoke to customer services and they cancelled the order and refunded the money the next day excellent service

choose brickslips, No1 in our view
We chose brickslips because of their range, and was not disappointed when they arrived. everything was well packaged. towards the end of our project we discovered a few breakages which Kate kindly helped us with. I cannot thank them enough for their support. They come highly recommend ed for both products and customer service.

A superb service from Brick Slips
A superb service from Brick Slips. I ordered a small quantity of bricks for my fireplace. Some did arrive broken but were replaced quickly so I could complete my project. The range on offer is great so it was easy to find the style i wanted. I'm very happy with the end result and the service I have had from Brick Slips. Five stars!

Great looking product
Delivery was prompt. Couple of breakages upon arrival but they sent out replacements immediately. Really nice finish to the slips and the lime mortar looks great. Would buy again.

Price was better than competitors.
Make sure to add at least 10% on top as delivery is quite expensive if you need another order..
Need to dilute the grout/pointing down a bit more than stated if putting in a gun so order one colour darker as it dries lighter..

I had two separate deliveries,
Both had a lot of breakages,
Perhaps the wrapping should be better? Thankfully we made it all good. Service was great but I think you need to concentrate on transport side?

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and I’m really glad to hear the service itself was great. That said, I’m sorry to hear you had breakages across both deliveries. They absolutely can and should be reported to us so we can get them sorted quickly for you.
We use a third-party pallet network for all deliveries, and while we package everything securely, sometimes the handling in transit can cause damage. We completely understand how frustrating that is, and we can only apologise that it happened twice. We’ll also review the wrapping based on your feedback to see where improvements can be made on our end.

Quality of materials is outstanding
Quality of materials is outstanding, their customer service is very poor.
On an order of just under £1,000 they forgot to send the second bag of spacers (value of which is less than £10.00).
I had to email them, call them and even send images explaining what exactly has happened.
After the first call they said they are sending a replacement, later that day they made a u-turn by sending me an email with an image supposedly showing that 2 bags of spacers were sent to me - clearly no one thought to check the image as it showed only one bag of spacers.
After another email from my side with attached image plus another phone call the following day they finally agreed that they have made a mistake and agreed to send a replacement. They made me feel like I was a scammer or something...
All of this after the initial order was delayed and I was behind schedule.

Thank you for the review and first things first, I want to sincerely apologise for the experience you had. You’re absolutely right to expect better, especially on an order of that size.
We looked back through everything and the photo on our end did clearly show only one bag of spacers. That means the mistake was ours, plain and simple. A genuine human error and we’re really sorry it made you feel the way it did.
You should never feel like you’re having to "prove" anything, and we're genuinely sorry that it came across that way.
As you know once the error was spotted, we sent the replacement bag out straight away... We’ve already addressed this with the team to make sure situations like this are handled quicker and more clearly in the future.
I do want to thank you for acknowledging the quality of the materials we’re proud of that but I’m equally glad you raised the service issue because we needed to hear it.
If you need anything else at all going forward, I’ll make sure it’s handled properly and without any unnecessary hoops.

Quality products, great customer service
We are lucky enough to live in Doncaster so visited the showroom and took a few samples home. Catherine greeted us and was brilliant to the point she encouraged my husband, who has a little DIY & tiling experience to try and do the work himself.
We collected the brick slips, adhesive etc and after reading the booklet provided and u tubing he started this week. He has now nearly finished the dining area wall and although still to start adding the mortar we already love it. The brick slips are great quality and add a warmth to what we felt was a clinical white space in the kitchen/dinner.
Everyone we have met at the showroom, initially Catherine and again today to pick up extra tiles (we broke a few) the other lady on reception and every employee have been fantastic and we fully recommend this company.

Delivery charge
The quality of the brick slips were good and delivery was quick. However I under ordered by one box of brick slips. The company would not waiver the very high delivery charge on the grounds of weight. In the end I paid £50 for the initial delivery and an additional £50 (total £100).

Regarding the extra delivery charge, I completely understand why that felt frustrating. We do always advise customers to over-order by 5-10% as standard in the industry, specifically to avoid situations like this where a small shortfall requires another pallet delivery.
We don’t run our own delkivery vehicles and everything goes through a third-party pallet network, and unfortunately their charges are fixed regardless of whether you’re ordering one box or ten. Because of that, we aren’t always able to waive or reduce the fee; it’s simply the cost we get billed by the courier. However collection from our Warehouse is always available free of charge should you have wished to collect the one box.
That said, we’re glad you were happy with the bricks themselves, and we appreciate your understanding of how the pallet network works.
If you ever need guidance on quantities for future projects, we’re always here to help you avoid unnecessary extra deliveries.
