Great product just expensive delivery
The product is great and it came quickly, just a shame that we had to pay £50 delivery as it was a small job. This has put us off ordering again in the future as we planned for other small jobs around the house with brick slips but just can’t justify the delivery. Not a problem for trade orders but makes it hard for DIY’ers. We’ve ordered much larger products during our house renovation that have had free delivery.

I went with the olde watermill brick…
I went with the olde watermill brick slips. They were a fantastic look for my kitchen with the subtle contrasting tones within the brick.
Service was hassle free and delivery was quick.
Definitely recommend.

Lovely once finally completed!
I love my finished brick slips wall, however I had a major issue when ordering, no fault of my own, and the after sales service was terrible. This resulted in me paying for 2 delivery fees at £45 each. When they made another mistake, which they never admitted was their fault, but then actually sent the additional brick slips free of charge, no cost for slips or delivery, which was fair, as this was due to them not advising me correctly on the amount required for the job. I was lucky as I knew the installer, and he didn’t charge me extra, but others may have. Be careful when ordering, get your installer to do the measurements & advise you on quantity, don’t ask Brick Slips to do this.

Really happy with my brick slips. I used them in a fireplace as the old bricks were not in good condition. They were such a good price and exactly how I imagined them to be. Look the part along with my electric stove

Easy to order and were delivered…
Easy to order and were delivered quickly. Unfortunately a few were broken during transport. I contacted customer support who quickly sorted replacements and these were delivered very quickly.
Fitted the brick slips which was fairly straightforward. Look fantastic.

We are a business who builds a fits…
We are a business who builds a fits media walls and recently used this company and placed an order for some brick slips.
after waiting over a week for the order i was told they where delivered and left out side for almost a week apparently..
i had no text or call card to say delivered and also the driver said it was signed for! Now we emailed to say we need to order more products so can this be sorted when we put a new order through as we have a pipeline of clients wanting media walls with the brick slips.
In a nut shell they said they will not be rectifying the issue and don't really care!
So here is my review and i'm sure my client will be leaving one also.

We always try to work with our customers to resolve any issues quickly and fairly, and it’s disappointing that this situation has been misrepresented.
We did explain the delivery details and provided confirmation from the courier, but unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility once an order has been safely delivered to the agreed location.
