Really happy with the brick slips. It was hard to choose from the selection because there are so many great colours and styles. Good solid brick slip, very easy to put up and grout. Would recommend.

Ordered my brick slips a while ago, feels like it took forever to get my project completed. Now that it’s finished I am absolutely delighted with the brick slips. We chose blend 10 and I absolutely love the colour. The order was super easy to place and the website tells you everthing you need to go with the bricks. Thank you so much!

I don’t even want to give 1 star. I have had the worst experience with this company. We purchased straight tiles from B&Q and then decided to extend our project, so went back to B&Q only to find they don’t stock the corners or halves. So realised I would have to get these straight from the company so I bought 20 corners and some mortar on the 28th July which with the shipping cost at £62! Came to over £140. After emailing a few times over the next weeks and being told the order would be delivered soon it finally arrived on the 5th September, after checking the delivery 11 out of 20 tiles were broken. So emailed the company and provided photos of the broken tiles. I was told they had been re-ordered but no time scale was given, they were delivered today the 24th September, I opened the package in front of the delivery guy and although the tiles were all complete we have been sent 10 not 11, honestly at this point I’ve given up the will to communicate with this company anymore.

After ordering a few samples of brick slips in different shades, we decided on one and placed the order online. I would recommend getting a few samples and thinking about the colour of the mortar you use, as this can change the overall look.
We were given a delivery date and time slot, and they arrived as promised. The pallet was kindly placed in our garage, rather than roadside, saving a lot of carrying!
The brick slips were easy enough to apply to plasterboard. It took several days for the bricks and mortar to dry out, and we are extremely pleased with the result. It’s changed an ugly wall into the main feature of the room! Would highly recommend this company!

Very good communication and help with finding an installer after purchasing the materials

Great communication - and the products themselves arrived very quickly, and very safely packaged to ensure I think from hundreds of individual brick tiles, we only suffered 1 broken tile (which I could still use).

Their 'how to' guides are really clear and easy to follow - and all of the accessories they offer (adhesives / mortar etc etc) are tremendously helpful and work well... making them a genuine 1-stop-shop for this project.

If I ever need, I WILL use them again, and highly recommend them.

i bought tiles and got told they were out of stock after purchasing them. 2-4 week delivery time to be told and other 2 week after the 4.

Ordered 2x sample packs, good communication. Throughout and product appears to be high quality, now followed up with full order.

I was aware of a 2 week delay when I placed my order which was over £400, however about 10 days later I realised that I’d heard nothing from the company re delivery, when checking my delivery status it had changed to 2-4 weeks, not such a big deal but upon approaching 4 weeks, I’d still heard nothing, I contacted them asking for some information on when I could expect to receive my order, I received a response that day advising that they were waiting for a delivery and they’d let me know when they were in stock, another week passes with no communication from them, I reach out again asking if they can give some kind of indication of when my order would be dispatched- a few days passed, we are well passed the 4 week mark by then - they responded with basically still waiting, they were not able to manage my expectations as to when I’d get my order so unfortunately had to cancel. Very disappointing, if they had bothered to be proactive with letting me know there was a delay rather than me having to chase them, then I’d have scored them higher but just leaving me hanging without being to make any plans my end was not acceptable. I would possibly order again but only if I can see that they have want I need in stock.
