I suddenly realised I hadn’t checked in online before I got to the airport so rand Adan as was having problems connecting there. Even though it was a Sunday he logged in and checked in for me while I was in the baggage drop queue, and took all the possible stress away from me. What amazing service. I’m so grateful.
