Ordered a Jellycat which I couldn't find in stock anywhere else, received a lovely email thanking me for the order and updating me on dispatch. Ordered late on a Sunday afternoon and couldn't believe it arrived on Tuesday lunchtime, just in time for Christmas. It was packaged beautifully as well. Very pleased, amazing customer service. Will definitely shop again!

Exceptional service. Had an issue with PayPal quoting my former address for delivery and Izzie worked tirelessly to address the problem. The toy arrived quickly beautifully wrapped in tissue.would not hesitate to order from Bradley’s again and have recommended to family and friends

I visited Bradley’s during the Easter holidays. My first impression was what a delightful little shop! An Aladdin’s cave with the most tastefully chosen objects and beautifully crafted handmade items by Lizzie the owner. I bought one of her handmade gem necklaces. She was so patient whilst I tried all of them on and helped me chose the one that suited me best. It was such a nice experience and probably just as well that I didn’t have much time, as there were so many lovely things it’s possible I could have left with half the shop! There is something for everyone in there. If you do visit the shop give yourself self plenty of time for a good peruse. If you can’t, visit the website it is as delightful as the shop. A one stop shop for gifts and things to treat yourself to when you need a happy pick-me-up! Thank you Lizzie at Bradley’s😊

As I tend to shop with bigger online retailers I was a little hesitant at first, despite the items I had been searching for having been out of stock almost everywhere online. This little family run gem came through for me! Not only were my items carefully and well packaged, but delivery was quick and hassle free and really had that personal small business touch. I will definately be coming back to shop soon.
As a former Team leader in the retail sector I can confidentially say that I was incredibly impressed with the level of customer care. If I had one slight constructive criticism it would be I do not believe I received a ‘shipping’ confirmation email, but again this may be because I paid via Paypal.

This shop is a real treasure house and well worth seeking out. Gifts and tiny trinkets galore. Every thing is chosen by the owners with great care. Beautiful jewellery, cards, ceramics and a wide selection of JellyCat soft toys. As a special treat they often have delightful little handmade one offs which are a real joy.
