I was recommended to speak with Raz at Bridgemore and sounded her out about my complex needs for the Bridging Loan. She was sympathetic and understood the urgent need I had.
Even when I didn't understand certain elements of the process, she was happy to re explain it to me again.

She also always kept me informed of what was going on.

Very happy with Raz and the support her and her team gave me.

Chris is a God sent to us, we are a church that needed to move quickly due to property being an auction property and a bridging loan needed to bridge the gap. Chris appeared on the scene and everything changed positively. He held my hand till we got to a stage we could carry on without his help. Finance was secured and we acquired property.

Writing this review for Chris @ Bridgemore Capital is easy, the situation I gave Chris had a host of issues and he was fantastic from day one to the end, (it took 6 months, not due to his part). He did not let up until we had it over the line and was ALWAYS at the end of the phone to help. As mentioned we had a quite a few tricky hurdles to overcome and every time Chris was never phased, but came up with solutions. Thanks Chris 10/10
