Terrible service. Paid for next day. Order not here after 10 days. No communication from customer services. Abominable. Disgrace.

Dear Melinda, I am sorry that this has upset you, we did our best with your order which you placed at 10 pm on Friday the 13th of July, and we sent it out the following day using the postal service that you requested. Unfortunately, it got held up in Italian customs over which we have no authority, so I'm sorry it didn't arrive as soon as you'd hoped for, but hope you understand that some things are beyond our control and we don’t have any control over the efficiency of the Italian Customs.

Fantastic re-work of my cello at Bridgewood and Neitzert
I took my Cello into Bridgewood and Neitzert for a new bridge and asked what else might make it sound better. Gary fitted an Akusticus tailpiece and a carbon endpin unit as well as gluing various points that had come unstuck. My cello sounds better than ever with a bright louder tone and is so much easier to play. I am really happy and can’t recommend them enough :)

What a wonderful team
What a wonderful team. Have been buying strings for a while now but got to really see what the B&N team can do when my lute suffered a catastrophic failure internally which led to a split in the soundboard. I feared it was a write-off but it came back better than ever. Wonderful job from a group of people who really know their stuff.

Excellent experience
Walked into a shop which was welcoming with friendly staff. Couldn't do enough to help me. It was not my instrument and I'm not musical so they made it very easy for me. Repair done within the hour as my daughter had rehearsal same da.y reasonable price. Will be using them again

To all my musician friends out there. I've just had my double bass completely overhauled by Bridgewood & Neitzert. They did a fantastic job. It's like a new instrument and plays beautifully. For all violin, cello and double bass requirements, I highly recommend this company. 🙂
