Had an instrument repaired and restrung…
Previous review was perhaps a bit harsh, so have amended. Had an instrument repaired and restrung and the communication was quite average. There were some delays and the wrong strings were put on due to some miscommunication within the shop. This was quite unfortunate, but I do believe the communication could have been better around the collection of the lute, which was delayed. Having said that the instrument was very well repaired so no complaints there. Just some frustration on my side, which I believe I communicated well enough when at the shop.

The problem is not with us but with the post office, you placed an order 15th of February, and we sent it to you on the same day- Aquila strings 10FU, 116HU, 88HU and 68HU.
