We had the pleasure of working with Tyson during our onboarding process for the new software, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Tyson was not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly patient and approachable, which made a world of difference for us as we navigated the learning curve.
Tyson provided clear, step-by-step guidance and tailored the training sessions to match our pace and specific needs. He answered every question with confidence and clarity, making even the more complex features feel manageable. His hands-on approach and supportive attitude ensured we felt comfortable and capable using the software on our own by the end of the onboarding.

A true Angel helped me understand BrightHR
I had a wonderful onboarding session with Angel. She was kind and considerate. The app feels a bit overwhelming at the start but she really made me feel confident in understanding the benefits of getting to know the BrightHR software/apps. I have some homework to do but it'll be worth it in the end.
