Claudia is very informative with onboarding the system to me. She walked me though each step of the platform and answering all my questions throughout the process. Had 2 meetings with on the different platforms that they have. Broke it down easier for my head to comprehend all that they offer. Much respect to Claudia for all her help and patience with me. Looking forward to working with BrightHR.

The onboarding process is amazing, there is support everywhere! The staff are so knowledgeable about the software. I had help from Simran, she was a outstanding, very patient, going above and beyond the call of duty. Kudos to Simran and BrightHR Canada!!!

Although, I will gain comfortability with the more I use the software it was proven to me that the capabilities reach the far depths of what is required to be self sustaining and very efficient!
