Quick, easy and transparent service! Also the customer service has been surprisingly great (comparing to previous experiences with other broadband providers). Special shoutout to Alisha and Ian!

Great instant real person service for my broadband switch over. Scott and team sorted out technical issues from previous sky install which was awful. The customer service was instant and they were very accommodating in arranging a short notice engineer visit if needed but managed to sort over the chat. The new broadband eero 7 blows away the 5gb sky package in terms over whole house coverage and consistent speed I’m getting near 900 mb/s over WiFi, by comparison skys WiFi 7 5gb package got about 250mb/s and needed boosters to reach the kitchen just 2 rooms away (which only got 160mb/s) if you are in any doubt don’t be this is a great company with amazing hardware.. well done team brillband

Having come from a major media supplier beginning with V I must say the customer service I have received today from Alicia was amazing. My concerns adressed in minutes. My service was installed from scratch By MJ Quinn who did an amazing job, thanks again Grant, and was up and running in no time. Here's to the next 23 months with no price hikes or haggling for a good deal.

Brillband i consider a huge upgrade from virgin media as i get a much better internet speed for less than i was paying them so its a no brainer to switch and continue to be a customer of brillband

From suffering with Virgin to moving to Brill and, it was like moving from a horse and cart to a supersonic jet .
The engineers from City Fibre were quick and tidy. I already had a few Eero mesh pods so it was a real bonus to find they supplied me with another one. That meant that it was simply so easy to get myself on line
When I needed to speak with support again it was like moving from the dark ages to modern day. Their staff are great and if there's a problem then their procedures keep you informed.
Needless to say I very happy with the download and upload speed that I get and to be honest I can't see going anywhere else

Been using Brillband for a year now. Speeds have been fast, as advertised. Great service when moving house. Great company their customer service is really friendly too. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Easy to sign up and transfer. Early notice of delivery of router with set up details also sent. Router was indeed easy to set up and so far the whole system is running sweet.

Great company - no issues in the year since I have been with them. Only needed customer services before I took out the broadband with them and they were great. Consistent speeds, bit cheaper than most and rarely falls over - twice I think and overnight, not during the day. I was originally with Virgin Media (don't ask) then another provider via City Fibre (terrible router and fairly rubbish customer service) and finally Brillband. They are genuinely the best broadband provider I have ever had the pleasure to use. I pay my bill each month, I use their broadband (including for work). No hassle, no issues. If my daughter could use City Fibre I'd have recommended them already.

The switch from my previous provider to Brillband was flawless. The instructions provided how to correctly install the provided router and connect it with the app was crystal clear and easy to understand. Huge thanks for providing a broadband service at a fraction of big branded names.
