DONT BOOK THIS COMPANY

Don’t book this company. Such a bad experience. I paid over £200 for a half done job with some many obvious places missed. They also used a product that stripped the paint from the walls and refused to take responsibility. Not worth the headache that communicating with them will cause. They also refused to give a refund even with clear evidence their cleaners did not do a sufficient job.

Run away from this company!

I have been trying for more than four weeks to get a cleaner from this company to come and clean my three bedroom apartment. I just had the third appointment cancelled on me, just 50 minutes before the cleaner was supposed to arrive.

My first appointment was, without my knowledge or consent, moved to a new date with a different cleaner than the ones I had chosen. I learned of this only on the day I had scheduled the appointment for, by getting a text message from the new cleaner asking me to confirm the rescheduled appointment for the following day. I never got any sort of explanation as to why my appointment had been rescheduled. I had made plans to be available on the originally scheduled day and couldn't be at home on the new day. I arranged to have someone else be at my home to let the cleaner in. The cleaner no-showed on me. I never got any word on why my appointment was rescheduled or why the cleaner never showed up to the rescheduled appointment.

The second appointment was a simple no-show as well. I had again rearranged my schedule to be available on the appointed day. I received an email stating that I would be contacted via text the day of the appointment. I never got such a text, and the cleaner never showed up. Even afterwards, no explanation ever came.

So I tried a third time. I had scheduled the cleaning for today. The cleaner cancelled on me due to the bad weather we've been having. This is understandable. I am not overly upset with this individual.

I AM TOTALLY UPSET with this service! I don't think I've ever had a worse experience in signing up for a service and having promise after promise broken by the company and its employees.

Of course, this being the age of "we're on the internet...we don't actually care at all about you", the company has no phone number that I could find, and it has no live chat feature. I couldn't even find an email address to use to ask about any of this. I tried to submit a support request from their web site, but following the prompts never led me to a point where I could do anything but complain about a particular cleaning. I did not want to get the cleaner in trouble. This isn't about the cleaners. This is about this AWFUL company!

Why was I given the chance to read cleaner reviews and choose a small pool of acceptable cleaners if the company can, with no notice whatsoever, change the appointment and send out a cleaner that isn't on my list? How can it be that there is absolutely no way to talk to anyone about my service in general? How can it be that I keep getting lied to, with not even an attempt to explain why I can't get a cleaner to actually show up to my home?

Don't waste your time and energy on this company. They'll treat you like complete @#$@#$.

Professional
