The cut created split ends in my beard. The guard settings aren't standard so you have no idea how long it will be because they don't match the mm size that they say. Overall, very disappointed.

Great products and customer service.
The products I've bought from Brio have all been top quality and I'm very happy with them. I bought one item which didn't work well and broke during the first use. Brio accepted the item back and refunded my money with no questions asked. That is good customer service.

Awesome product I love the amount of time I get from a single charge and the variable speed setting. Couldn’t ask for a better set of trimmers. 💯% recommend those product. Shipping is soooo fast and the porcelain blade cuts like a samurai sword!!!!

4 stars because of the great customer service. I would give 5 but my brio had been used prior to me opening it, with hair still on it. I was told it must of been a return placed in the wrong bin. No worries!
