Very efficient tho I didn’t get the email to pick up after the first time it was ment to be sent but other than that a very pleasant experience.
They provided the materials we needed, when we needed. Great job, well be using them as one of our top preferred suppliers.

I ordered 2 packs of Foilboard online and selected the delivery option to my home address. The website calculated the delivery fee and completed the transaction from my PayPal account.
I received and order confirmation with the delivery address clearly stated on the bottom. After 2 days I contacted them to confirm a delivery date. They replied with a date, I contacted them again a day after as nothing was delivered. They advised a new date.
The morning of the new date I received an email saying they do not deliver to my address as it is outside their delivery range. I replied pointing out that they quoted and charged me for delivery to my address.
At this point the salespersons tone changed and he very abruptly told me that I was mistaken if I thought they would deliver to my address for the quoted price. I then said fine refund me my money, however he refused and said the packs are at the transport companies’ depot and I will have to pick it up. He did not reply to any further emails but the delivery fee was refunded.
I had to drive almost 5 hours return to pick up the packs from the depot.

Thanks David, for sharing this truthful Feedback, Our goal is to supply quality products, however as you mentioned from a website glitch it allowed for delivery fee to be paid outside of metro areas, This is also part of our delivery page.
As you mentioned you spent 5 hours return, that could not happen in 169 + GST that you had paid and we had successfully refunded that back on card.
We worked on website to fix the error with your feedback.

Last order bad, next order worse
Last time the order was not processed gir a week. This time my order was cancelled with no notification of it, which I found out Monday only by calling to check given how bad you were last time. So I ordered again on Monday at a higher price as you advertised a price but did not honour it. Come Wednesday, no response yet again for pick up, so have to contact again to try get my already delayed order filled. I was hoping to pick up tomorrow morning, but I guess that's not happening as the order was not processed in time again.

Order received on time, cheaper than elsewhere
I ordered cement fibre sheets and requested delivery in 2 days. There was no communication whatsoever but my order was delivered just on time, no issues at all. Price wise it was cheaper than other places like Bunnings where these are permanently out of stock anyway. Will definitely order again!

Bad experience.
Order took nearly a week to confirm for one sheet when the site said next day. This wasted my days off.
I was told by sales manager- both on phone and via email- that I could cut sheet on site but the supplier would not allow it and I had to pay a delivery man $110 to pick it up so sheet ended up costing $270.
Bad experience which left me out of pocket $110 and put my job one week behind.
