Absolute rubbish. Not what was advertised it looks like a child has assembled it with superglue. Doesn’t even function properly. This is the cheapest, crappest product I have ever received online and I’ll be seeking a full refund!

Awful company. Goods never arrived. No communication. Repeated lies. Stay away from them

I ordered the knit sloth socks 1 pair by credit card. In paying I ended up in another paypal page I could not get myself out of. In trying to get out of the site I unknowingly purchased 2 more pair at a discount, by the time I realized this their software had already debited my card. I thought well I know who I could give these extras to for Christmas. The single order shipped, the double did not ship. Tracking indicates the shipped parcel arrived on "2025-10-28 01:41:02UTC
Mount Pearl,A1N 2K7,Canada,The shipment is in transit in the country of Canada", then it disappeared never to be updated. I complained Nov 12 2025 and they sent me a message saying "We checked the tracking information but there were no updates. To make sure you will receive your package ASAP, We are resending your order. Please wait a few more days for the new parcel. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Yours sincerely,
Customer Service Team" A few more days???, it has been 5 more and NOTHING, no tracking or even confirmation, I don't believe it and my money is no doubt LOST! Lesson learned.DO NOT SHOP BRYSKRYTHM

Well today Nov 21, Dragonfly delivery delivered the re-shipped item above to the wrong address next door (it just keeps getting worse). Fortunately they sent a delivery picture which I recognized as my neighbour's house and retrieved the package. I opened the package which included 2 pair and the "knit" socks were nylon type socks with a toy doll sloth sewed on each. The only part that even looks KNIT is the face of the sloth which is a print image. Such a GRAND RIPOFF!

I purchased pull-up bands and it took weeks for delivery and the quality was poor. Returning the item has been a nightmare. They refuse to give a refund or provide a return process. Initial emails asking for a refund went unanswered for days.

Do not I repeat do not order anything from them. I got missing parts on my order and they won’t send what they missed also won’t accept me sending it back for a refund…
Total garbage…….don’t do it

Made up delivery, unresponsive. When informed just send weird form email about ask your family. Do not waste your money

Waited three weeks but now scraping ice off the windshield is a breeze—even thick frost melts right off! Surprisingly effective and saved me heaps of morning hassle, glad I picked this handy little gadget up.

Arrived in secure packaging after about three weeks. Good quality fabric and simple design, price was reasonable. Wish shipping was quicker and sleeves slightly looser for extra comfort, overall satisfactory.

Ordered a product (mascara) and never recieved it. Customer service kept telling me to check with the post office because I definitely recieved it. The post office confirmed tracking is bogus, my guess is the product never went out. The company listed for payment and customer service was not the one I thought I was ordering from. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star

Ordered $50 for two pairs of socks/warmers in December 2024 for Xmas, and they never arrived. The tracking info they sent was bogus and it was still showing in transit to Indiana when they produced another tracking number which showed delivered on Jan 14th. Never received the items and couldn't get a refund from PayPal either as vendor claimed it was delivered.

Paid £50 for mascara that looked amazing online, had buy one get one free They lookedgorgeous. Said they were delivered after waiting 6 weeks. Never arrived at my home. They refuse to accept that I didn't get them. SCAM. FEEL SO ANGRY 😠

I would give 0 stars. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM. What i ordered was not showing this company as the seller and when I researched them nothing bad came up, but was charged through this company who has horrible reviews. What I got was absolutely horrible product and they will not refund me $. They said I would have to contact the post office a figure out how much it was going to cost to return. And all the would give me was $8 when I spent $70

SCAM from China. Ordered something that kept popping up on social media. After 3 weeks, the shipment was still dragging, coming from Spain. Contacted customer service and they said to be patient and it's in route. They sent me a different tracking number which showed original shipment coming from China. After 5 weeks, finally received my product and it was NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISEMENT promised. Have been in contact with customer service for a refund. I spent 28.98 and they offered me $2 refund!! Getting your money back is impossible. Don't buy anything from this site!

Shipping took about two weeks but wasnt overly delayed. Quality feels solid and does its job quite well, especially considering the reasonable price. It was a good deal overall and met my expectations without being overly impressive.

Works efficiently compared to others Ive tried; comfortable grip but could use longer handle.

Ordered this bag and it arrived in about two weeks as expected. Quality feels decent overall for the price paid, leather seems soft yet sturdy enough. Design is practical with multiple useful pockets, making organization easy. Satisfied considering reasonable pricing and wait time.

SCAM ... Same as several other reviews. Ordered a pair of cashmere socks early december. tracking # was provided with a delivery date, then no tracking update for several weeks saying it was waiting to clear customs. Many follow ups with customer support telling me to be patient. then tracking is updated with a new number saying it was being sent to the local distribution center but now the point of origin was different than the original. Lafayette georgia instead of New York. Customer support says they gave me the wrong tracking number and provided me another. Another couple weeks pass with no update to tracking and then its updated saying that the package was delivered. Customer support says there is nothing they can do and that its a problem with the delivery company. BS ! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM ! Don't waste your time with these assholes !

Scam!! Package was sent postage due from a different company all together. After. I refuse to pay for the additional postage that I already paid When I purchased it, they told me I can't have it back and that it was my fault. This place falsely updated the tracking to say it was delivered after it said it was refused. It is very slow and unreliable. Never use this place. It is a scam. I had to call my credit card company to get my money back. The company told me I couldn't get a refund but thank goodness credit card companies recognize scams.

TOTAL SCAM!!! They say it was delivered and sent false delivery tracking notices. Ordered second week in December. These people arent just criminals, they are stupid criminals. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I have received what i have bought, it just took almost one month to be received (i live in Italy). But, at the end, the package has arrived
