Really friendly, professional and consumer-friendly company
The engineer/techMaster that came out was really lovely, and although he couldn't fix my device (due to severe battery expansion), he talked me through what was technically wrong, solutions and alternatives. When I apologised for wasting his time he jovially reassured me it wasn't an issue.
He and the company really deserve praise, especially during hard and uncertain times.

The best company for repairs !!!
My iphone 8 plus wasnt charging and i was down to my last 10% of battery when i gave them a text to see if i could get an appointment asap , i wasnt able to get an appointment ( there so good thats why there so busy ) he text me back and told me how to sort the problem and within 5 minutes it was charging again 😁 i highly recommend going here for anything to do with your smart devices there 100% helpful and genuine people !!!

Great company that delivers what it promises.
A very professional, courteous man arrived, collected my phone in a box (social distancing practised throughout due to the lockdown) and repaired my phone within 20 minutes. The service was superb and I am delighted with the outcome and overall experience with this company. 100% recommended.

I used this company today, they replied to my txt and email , they answered my questions very promptly . They were very honest about there time scale due to COVID-19.witch is why I researched this company as there wasn’t much help out there for me!! . Excellent! Have used for repair twice now, first for a damaged iPad screen and then most recently for iPhone screen. Both times the service was excellent, arrived to my home on time and the repairs were also done in a timely manor. Very friendly and helpful service. Will definitely recommend to others and use again if required.
