I contacted British Builders after having bad experiences with unreliable tradesmen in the past, and I’m genuinely glad I did.
They turned up when they said they would, explained the problem clearly, and completed the work to a good standard without trying to upsell unnecessary extras. The whole process felt organised and professional from start to finish.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually communicates and stands by their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Late evening on a Saturday.. came and sorted out the electrics as I had a leak causing them to trip out .. made all safe and got me power again ! Great service lovely guy really helpful. Working late on a Saturday and still smiling !
