We had Callum & Lewis turn up on 28/6/2023 to fit the mesh guards as protection from Pigeons nesting under our Solar Panels.
We could not have asked for better staff than them, their friendliness, understanding and professionalism are of the highest standards and we can’t compliment these guys or praise them any higher, they were both superb.
We will definitely be recommending your company to any family and friend that are looking for the same type of work.

We had a problem with a pair of pigeons who liked the look of the underside of our solar panels.

Although the wait times are long they were able to bump us up a couple of weeks early due to a cancellation in the area.

The installers were so courteous and professional, made sure we were completely happy etc.

Great work done.

Initially very pleased, however after 3-4 years some of the protection has come away from the panels.

I have made attempts to contact the company as they do give a 10 year warantee - however I have had no response at all.

Now having to look for another company to repair/replace.

The quality/reputation of a company ISNT based on the job they do in my opinion - its how they respond if or when things go wrong - and in that area I cant recommend this company (currently at least - will continue trying to contact)

I employed the company to install bird proofing to my solar panels on my roof. As the work is bound by weather conditions they could not give an exact date but kept me updated when the work could be completed. On the day arranged the two operatives Maison and Shane turned up early which is always a bonus and got straight to work. They were courteous and tidy and explained what they were doing and explained about the 10 year guarantee. All very professional. Finished job looks good.

I am absolutely thrilled with the solar panel proofing service provided by British Bird Control. The process from start to finish was very professional. After posting a question on the website, Gareth contacted me within the hour and all my questions were thoroughly answered. I was even supplied with a copy of the company's license to deal with birds. I was particularly concerned about fledgling pigeons and didn't want them 'dispatched', so I explained this and they agreed to give any found to me, so that I could take them to a shelter. We were then booked in for a visit in a month's time; however, the work was carried out earlier, as they could accommodate us. John and his son, Barney came to do the job - really lovely guys, friendly and efficient. They completed the job in no time at all. Our receipt and 10 year warranty for the job were sent a couple of days after the job. In all, dealings with British Bird Control were smooth and easy, their service was excellent. I highly recommend their services.

From the very start to the completion of bird and squirrel proofing under the solar panel it was professional, competent and timebound. Gareth Purnell was reassuring and despite access difficulty due to the location of the conservative at the rear he was helpful with the suggestions. Most of all Dave along with his co-partner Matt were diligent and efficient in installing the bird proofing cage. The only helpful suggestion I could give would be that the attachment to secure the cage should have the metal tags as opposed to using of plastic tieback. Particularly, as the squirrel cut the plastic tieback and opened the joint to re-enter. Having said that Gareth was swift in the response and Dave returned with metal cover tiebacks to complete the task. So no pigeons and squirrel and 10 days have passed. Thank you.

Constant communication to me, with any changes regarding severe weather, and changing of dates, they gave no excuses, upfront and honest. Arrived on the date and time set, polite, clean, professional, happy Team,... All smiles, explained what would be happening, and they fedback their findings from Birds attempting to nest under Panels, once they'd cleared/cleaned, netted and sprayed, also cleared my gutters and checked integrity of ridge tiles...... Birds use concrete to keep beaks tidy. They cleared away debris on garden and Drive..... Worth the money,and peace of mind.

Protection system was installed In September 2022, it lasted only to January and has now started to fall off. Contacted the company straight away but other then one aborted attempt to attend site due to weather have not heard from them since, Pidgeons and squirrels are now back under the PV cell. Following this review they company made new arrangements and the system has subsequently been repaired. So far the repair is hold8ng up

Really pleased with this service. Excellent communication. I had all the information I required ahead of booking the job. The crew who did the work pigeon proofing my panels arrived early, cracked on to do a professional clean job and were friendly and pleasant.

Gareth went out of his way to get our bird protection scheduled in as quickly as possible as we already had scaffolding in place. Team arrived, did the job quickly but professionally and left the area clean and tidy with bird protection in place all round the panels. What more could we have asked for, all at a very reasonable price? Information flow from Lauren was excellent, keeping us updated on timescales. Very happy.

Dave and Matt arrived on site promptly. Very polite, helpful, quick, and professional. Cleaned up before leaving.
The only thing they left was about a dozen confused pigeons wondering how they were going to get under the solar panels. Have recommended British Bird Control to a colleague of mine who also has a solar panel and pigeon problem.

From the fast response to my initial enquiry to a great job completed in a couple of hours these guys were excellent.

Our 10 year old solar panels had been colonised by pigeons a couple of years ago and we finally got fed up with the noise and having to clear blocked guttering and downpipes. Got some price indications from solar panel specialists, all were more expensive than these guys.

They came late Feb, removed the pigeons, did a great job with the mesh, cleared the gutters and sprayed everything down. And provided all the necessary nesting bird certificates.

Fantastic service and great communication throughout the whole process. All questions answered and kept informed at every stage.

From the efficient quotation to the expert completion of the work I was impressed by this company.
The comprehensive quotation and information was rapidly sent through and a date provisionally set. When the first operatives arrived in December as agreed, the recent poor weather made it unsafe to work. They offered to return my deposit or come back when drier. They returned yesterday and completed the work in about two hours leaving the site clean and tidy. Very happy with the standard of work and very pleasant people to deal with.
