FAQ's
What is your manufacturing and dispatch time?
All items are printed to order. We give a guideline of approximately 3 working days for your order to be manufactured and then sent Royal Mail tracked 48 or international tracked.
Why couldn't I amend my order after placing it?
To allow us to get your order out as fast as possible, we have built a slick internal system that means your order goes directly to print once it has been placed. We will always try to assist where we can but this isn't always possible. This also means it's up to our customers to ensure they have checked images, spelling and image positioning on their product.
Why is my image blurry?
You can find image guides in various places on our site to refer to. Images must be clear, light and as high quality as possible. If your image is dark, blurry and pixelated it won't look good when printed and unfortunately we cannot be held responsible.

Great Company for Personlised Gifts.
I ordered a personalised Stoke Doormat and Stoke Bar Runner. The ordering was so easy. We were told to expect the goods in 3/5 days. 3 days later we received both items. They were great value and the quality of both items is fantastic. I would definitely recommend British Made Gifts and will certainly use them again.

We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your experience.
After investigating your order, we found that the shipping address entered at checkout was incomplete, as it did not include a house number. Unfortunately, Royal Mail were therefore unable to deliver your parcel and have returned it to us. Until the parcel is received back, we are unable to resend or refund it.
We have responded to your emails explaining the situation and will contact you as soon as the parcel is returned so we can arrange the next steps. We kindly ask all customers to double-check their delivery details before placing an order to help avoid delays like this.
