Item poor quality

Item poor quality. Polish watery and appeared to take ages to dry. Peeled off soon after application. Would not recommend waste of money. Took a while to be delivered

Absolute nightmare of a company

Absolute nightmare of a company, I ordered the vacuum sealer and bags, they sent it to wrong address, and Yodel have returned it to sender, in total I have sent 18 emails to Brittrove, and either been ignored or get a computerised response, never a real person, I have never received the item, and I am asking for a refund, but all I get despite issuing evidence from Yodel that its been returned is stupid questions like can we see return label, how can I show a return label when its Yodel who have returned it, I've given them the tracking number, but still I get a stupid question again, i will be reporting this to trading standards on Monday, and any other agencies, do not trust this seller please be careful

Looked Good

Thought the spray gun looked good and once I tried it with emulsion paint I was very disappointed as it failed to worked properly. The paint was thinned and the appropriate spray head fitted and the paint just spluttered out.

Very impressed

This was my first time ordering from Stardusst, and I was initially a bit skeptical. The delivery timeline was over a week, so I expected the items to come from China. However, I could easily track my order, and the email communication was straightforward and not overwhelming like some other Chinese outlets. I ordered two pairs of stretch cargo pants for the summer, and they were delivered within 9 days (6 working days). The pants were well-made, lightweight, very comfortable, and exactly what I needed. I was so impressed that I have already ordered two more pairs along with some other household items. I rarely leave reviews (good or bad) on Trustpilot, but in this case, I found Stardusst’s service to be above and beyond expectations. Don’t let other reviews discourage you—try it yourself and judge.

These are fantastic. Great for carring aroud. Good sturdy construction. I have recently stopped smoking tobacco so the pen has been ideal for me. These took around 3 weeks to arrive so if you've ordered please be patient. I have now purchased another 6 of these on the buy 2 get 1 free offer & intend to give 4 as gifts to friends.

No refund... no customer service feedback

Purchased a jacket on 22 Sept which was advertised as XXL UK size 24 but does not fit. Requested to return item for refund. Advised not possible because of shipment costs and offered to swop for larger size. Larger size not available and still not able to get refund. Advised they would refund half the price paid and i must sell the jacket for the difference. I declined and requested full refund. No reply to numerous emails. NO refund and still no resolution

Bought a product over 2 weeks ago. Quick delivery they said !
Still nothing ! Will give it 2 more days before I go to trading standards and really make a scene. Disgusting daylight robbery.
