I booked Broadway Bus service for 30 tripsters for pick up at the airport. Days before departure I received an email confirmation of pick up location and name of bus driver. Unfortunately for the tripsters our flight was delayed with arrival planned for the following day. I immediately contacted Frank and he confirmed with me the new pick up time and indicated he would send me a new email confirmation. Within 30 minutes I received the new email confirmation with the name of the bus driver. As soon as the plane landed, I had a voice mail from the driver that he was outside waiting. The bus was very clean and the bus driver super helpful with loading luggage for 30 very tired tripsters. He was very professional and courteous. I would high recommend and we will be planning to use Broadway bus again based on their superior service and fair pricing.

This company did an amazing job with being on time and getting us to our destination very efficiently. We went to Arapahoe Basin for the day and the bus easily accommodated everything we had. I would definitely recommend if you are taking a trip to a ski mountain or any far destination. The bus driver was also incredibly kind and I am very happy with the work she did.

We scheduled a ride for a bachelor party night out and the company was great. It was a bit last second and the company got it done, no problem. Bus was on-time for the initial pick-up and the ride home at the end of the night. The company was very quick communication wise and the driver was very nice. Definitely recommend!

One of the worst "Bus Companies" to ever exist, don't be fooled by the other reviews. They scammed me for close to 3k-4k, working with them as a Church to take a group of 35 kids to Pittsburgh for a retreat. Everything just felt shady from day one to begin with, i had the bus scheduled at least 2-3 months in advance, the guy i think his name was Frank made it seem like it's his dad's business and he's trying to establish it again hence they have no Google reviews he said. Anyways he scheduled the bus and i kept checking with him bi weekly to make sure trip is all scheduled and good to go. When he sent me the payment he sent me a shady link that i was like huh why is this link weird to pay they should be professional but i kept going. And 2 weeks leading up to our trip i kept emailing them and calling and making sure the itinerary was 100% correct and mistake was there because i had a group of 35 kids and the details needed to be perfect no room for error, because of the high responsibility as an advisor. 2 nights before after asking him multiple times he finally sent me a driver name and number, i should've called the night before to check but i didn't. The morning came and we gathered up at 8, i was there from 7:30 but something just felt really really unprofessional and off, bus was supposed to be there 7:45 so we can load up and leave by 8:10 maximum, because we had a 5 hr trip and needed to be there approximately at 4pm. I kept waiting and kids started coming, and parents were dropping some off but some parents stayed there and it was 7:50, and my heart dropped and i became so anxious being afraid that it was a scam. I have been calling the "driver" for half an hour and he finally answers, and i was like sir where are you we have a trip scheduled with Broadway bus for 8 am but you're not here, are you on the way? and he responds so rudely and says who are you i don't work for broad way bus and starts creepily laughing on the phone, then i was not joking anymore i had 35 people waiting in a parking in a scorching heat weather back in last July 2025 heat wave. and people started complaining and i didn't know what to do. I called Frank from Broad way bus and no joke i have proof of all of these communications and calls, i called him more than 60 times in 30 minutes and he would answer 1 call in 15 calls, and acted like he didn't know, and bus was supposed to be on the way to me, then makes up a new story and says driver was a sleep and didn't wake up in time and driver should be on the way soon and always left me on a cliff hanger after each call, and left me in the worst position trying to figure out how to make sure kids don't pass out from heat, to how will get there 5hr drive to what should i do with the money he scammed us for to solutions. Then after 60 calls the summary was oh im gonna send you another bus but it will take 3 hours to get there, meaning to us. And was so unprofessional and a big liar. It turns out it isn't a bus company at all. he is just a 3rd party scheduler with random bus company, he's like a subcontractor connecting you to bus companies. If that's even remotely true. because he certainly didn't even do that. So this whole thing was one of the worse experiences ever in life, because of someone joking around. Don't ever try to book with a shady company that has no reviews on google, says a lot about them. If you're a PA outside of philly local book with Kevin Smith Transportation the best company out there and highly professional and exceptional service, they gave me a bus on the spot with a way better rate and cleaner party bus, new, professional driver wearing a suite. Came in 30 minutes.

Flexible scheduling and great customer service

Everything was flawless. From booking to drop off at the end of the day. Communication was clear and timely. The driver was amazing!! Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

Punctuality and great customer service and follow up

My husband and I decided to provide transportation after our wedding reception just a month before the event. I was worried we’d waited too long to find a good service, not to mention a service so reasonably priced. But Broadway Bus was incredibly accommodating, super responsive, and made the booking experience easy and quick. Their prices were excellent, and they worked with me to make a somewhat funky route with multiple stops on Roosevelt Island in NYC. Our guests appreciated the service and the pickups went smoothly. The company is thorough and timely about information on the trip. I received the name of the driver, sent a picture of the vehicle and additional information in route to the pick up. The bus was clean and spacious. Th driver was courteous, professional and phenomenal.
