I ordered 2 pair of these shoes on Jan 22/2026. Nothing has taken place with the shipping 3 weeks later. I've tried emailing them from 3 different email addresses that they provide, and they have all come back as undeliverable because they're not valid emails. If they are not shipped soon, I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.

My back feels less strained after long walks in these. I've noticed I don't get the usual lower back tightness after a day out.

I received my shoes and they don’t fit me. I emailed two different customer support emails to exchange them; one from their website and one from Shopify and they both came back as undeliverable emails. I wish I had gone to trust pilot first before ordering.

These people are scam artists. I submitted an order cancellation immediately after placing an order having read the awful reviews. I have gotten no reply and the order was charged to my credit card. These people are scam artists- do not order from them!!

I use them indoors and outdoors and they work well for both. I like that I don't need separate pairs for different activities.

These shoes are a game-changer! Like walking barefoot—comfortable, toe-friendly, and all-day wearable. My neighbor loves them too. Just keep making them so I never wear regular shoes again.

Since last 1* review of this disreputable company back in October 2025 i got snookered into spending $18 on postage to return the incorrect item to a Nevada address, ....SO THEY GOT THEIR SHOES, GOT MY MONEY, AND HAVEN'T RESPONDED TO ONE COMPLAINT SINCE OCT...
-Any rating of the 5* variety seems questionable and suspect to me. My guess would be that they false reviews generated by Bronoir.

I feel more energized when I wear them on walks. Not sure if it's the grounding or just the lightweight design, but I always finish with more energy.

Quality of the shoes is good. Took about 6 weeks to arrive. Had to exchange because first pair was too small, although I ordered my size. Exchange was straightforward, except I had to keep asking if they had received my package. Took about 3 weeks to get a definitive reply. Then, the replacements took another 4 to 5 weeks to arrive. Still too small. I've given up and gone to another brand.

Did not receive anything from bronzer. If I did I would know what item I supposedly bought

Well I ordered 2 pair and only received 1 complete pair. The other had 2 left feet. The one pair that's correct is at least comfortable. I had high hopes for these. Customer service was horrible trying to explain everything to them.

Great shoes! So far holding up well to constant use. Comfortable too!

I received shoes in the size I ordered, but they are much too small. I am desperately trying to return them to get my money back. Unfortunately, the website is no longer accessible, and my emails are not being delivered. Unless the company sees how to proceed after reading my comment, I would strongly advise you to avoid this site.

You have no communication with your customers I had issues and you did not communicate I will never purchase any items from your store again

Great for summer because of how breathable they are. I can wear them in the heat without my feet sweating uncomfortably.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if they allowed negatives. Everything screams scam on this. They do not honor their refund policy. In fact their emails do not even work now. It comes back as undeliverable. There is no physical address or phone number to call. They have a registered agent in Dover DE but that just makes it even more a scam. They ship from china, they are not in Canada at all. They shipped me boots that I cannot wear and now I'm stuck with $75.00 boots. I've read many reviews where no one gets a refund from them.

There are way more negative views on here than I would except. Now I know there are alot of grounding shoes out there and they are all probably about the same. I was originally wearing grounded footwear and thats where my love of grounding shoes started. They were a bit pricey and only 2 colors. I found bronoir looking for more options. I found it. Yes they take FOrEVER to ship. I even contacted the company thinking I was scammed. They showed up and they were great. So great I just ordered more. I tell everyone about them. I still have foot pain but not as much, there shoes, not a miracle fix. Hopefully I have no issues with order but if I do, I'll be patient and hope for the best.

I contacted Bronoir to return the item for a refund as they were too small and the largest size they provided. They said I could have a full refund if I returned the item to them. They gave information of the return process, so I returned to them, provided tracking and it was delivered, they also confirmed receipt of the return. I have yet to receive a refund over 2 months later!!!! They will now not reply to my emails or messages. Really bad customer service and robbed me of £45! I even had to pay for the return myself so even more out of pocket! Stay clear!!!!!
