Storeman saved the day.
The online shopping experience made selection easy. But I was disappointed that one item of my order although said to be “in stock” was not available when I went to pick it up. However the extremely helpful and polite storeman was able to organise postal delivery for me. The manner in which he assisted was what made my Bronson experience a good one.

Price matching increased shipping costs.
Disappointed as first quote from Bronson had shipping costs at around $250, then after asking for a price match the price of materials reduced but the shipping costs went up to over $500.
Ended up ordering my product directly from the website which reduced the price of shipping and the total cost, even with products at their advertised price (not price matched) as a result.
I felt as if Bronson Safety had deliberately increased the shipping charges to off-set the loss from price matching their competitor. I have lost trust in this company unfortunately.

Thank you for your feedback. We have had issues with our online freight system, which causes a miscalculation of freight items and an inaccurate reflection of costings. I can assure you that the original freight quoted to rural Tasmania was, in fact, a fair and accurate cost. We are sorry to hear that have been left to feel misled, that was certainly not our intention, as we pride ourselves on providing top quality customer service. Your feedback is nonetheless appreciated and has been passed on to our IT Team for review.

Sign was good quality
Happy with the sign, however, saw the courier driver drop the sign over a door - sign was damaged. Managed to straighten but not perfect. Perhaps parcels should be marked FRAGILE for delivery.
