My first ever order and I'm so impressed! Order placed just before cut-off for shipping that day (2 minutes) - Shipping email received 20 minutes later. I then realised I forgot to use my discount code so I sent a quick email - 10 minutes later and I receive an email and refund notification! Thank you so much Bronze Snake, if only all online shops could be as efficient as you 🫶🏻

I have bought 4 colors now of the Raglan Crop Box Tank
And I love it!

It cuts right where it supposed to on the waist and it just enough boxy to make it real cool!

All I need is more colors or color combinations - maybe a a sweatshirt material would be cool - and I’ll be there to buy those too!

Also .. the delivery is swift and the customer service is stellar as well

And no sorry I’m not a cousin of the owners lol I just like the product!

Excellent customer service! They helped me instantly through their texting service when I needed to upgrade my order from standard to express shipping. The whole process was super easy and straightforward!

They charge around $15 to make a return. Watch out for that.

I haven't received my product yet, but given the customer service I have no doubt I will and that it will be good quality! I'm Canadian and was unable to cancel (due to timezones) my order myself after I goofed up the order and also didn't apply my welcome discount. There have been times where sizing has been off and i’ve needed to exchange or return, or unfortunately an item was ripped, however no matter what happens they have the BEST customer care and service, they are so helpful, prompt and efficient, whether it’s a return, exchange or even just a query.
